We recently purchased an outdoor sofa for our roof deck and had a really great experience.
From the moment we arrived, Harry made us feel genuinely warm and welcome. He was friendly and approachable without ever being pushy, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
Harry’s knowledge of the products really stood out. He answered all of our questions clearly, explained the different options available, and gave us real confidence that we were choosing the right sofa for our space.
Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish. Harry made the process easy and enjoyable, and we’re really looking forward to enjoying our new outdoor sofa on the roof deck. We’d definitely recommend and really appreciated Harry’s help.

Marseille 8+2 seater dinning set
we have now had our first gathering using our new Bridgman Marseille 8+2 seater dinning set and we are very happy with our choice. Harry at the Walton-on-Thames showroom helped us find a dinning set that worked for the amount of space we had and the delivery team did an excellent job putting all the furniture together on site and taking all the packaging away. Excellent level of customer service all round.

Amazing Harry
Wonderful assistance from Harry in Walton on Thames. Knowledgable, helpful and patient to my changing my mind serveral times! Nothing was too much trouble.
Furniture arrived and delivery was excellent. All communications great. Taking away rubbish and setting up all perfect.
Harry even called to check we were happy with items. I was hesitant to mention a small mark on a cushion, but Harry sorted it straight away and it was replaced. Amazing service. I have told all my friends and wouldnt hesitate to buy more. Super quality and fab styling. Enormous thanks Harry.

Excellent Company Great Furniture
We purchased our Paris Collection garden furniture for our decking a few weeks ago. We were a bit nervous about purchasing it without trying it first but Bruno Harris shared images of the furniture via video link and he said he had same furniture and was very comfortable. We can definitely say we are so pleased with it super comfy easy to keep clean and looks lovely with the waterproof scatter cushions. One of the pieces was damaged but Bruno and customer services sorted a replacement and arrived a few days later
Would definitely recommend Bridgman great company and Bruno is an asset to your sales team. Thank you Bridgman for a great service and great furniture

Prompt and personal service from a knowledgeable and extremely helpful member of the Bridgman team. Bruno sent us a WhatsApp message out of showroom hours after I requested a brochure. He then supported us through the whole process by identifying our original Bridgman set from a photo I sent and giving us valuable feedback to the many queries we sent him over the next few days. Bruno guided us to the point of order despite not being able to visit the showroom. Exceptional service from a company we have come to trust over the years.

My beautiful Kensington dining armchairs are a wonderful investment. They may be expensive but they’re worth it! Cheaper chairs just aren’t a patch on them.

Everything with Bridgman has been great... from the online endorsement (recommended by Claude LLM!) to the in store experience at the Walton store with Harry, to the delivery and the products themselves. Great service and seamless experience all the way. Not the cheapest, but I do think you often get what you pay for, and the quality and customer service is there to back up the price. Excellent customer service
Harry was very helpful when we bought our furniture and we are very happy with the seats and table. When the parasol base was the wrong size for our seating it was replaced with the correct size without any difficulties and straight away.
