We first visited the Walton showroom last year and were greeted with huge smile by store manager, Harry. We returned almost 9 months later when we were ready to place the order. Again, Harry greeted us with warm smile and plenty of help to choose our perfect garden furniture. He went plenty of extra miles to help choose our furniture. We were always impressed with his attitude to help and offer genuine advice. This helped us upgrade what we initially wanted to purchase. There were some hickups later on with booking the delivery date but when Harry got involved the process again became smooth. Thank you, Harry and Bridgman!

Outstanding setvice
We needed an additional cushion for some garden furniture we bought a few years ago. We contacted Bridgman via their website and Filomena responded within minutes. Once we agreed that the size of the current cushion range is the same as ours we were able to buy the cushion quickly and easily. Excellent service!

Excellent furniture. Excellent advice. Excellent service.
We recently bought a six seater patio set from Bridgman, their Walton showroom. Having a) bought a lot of patio furniture over the past 30 and b) downsized from a large house/patio/garden and c) visited a few different showrooms of competitors, we were looking for a) quality durable furniture, b) choice of options and c) advice. Bridgman delivered fully on that brief. Harry at Walton was brilliant at explaining the different options, including explaining the durability of different options. Delivery and assembly were prompt and reliable. And when one of the chairs was damaged there was no quibble. It was replaced super quick. Excellent furniture. Excellent advice. Excellent service.

We purchased new garden furniture from Bridgman in April.
We met Bruno at the Enfield showroom who was very helpful in guiding us in our selection and delivered great customer service throughout our order.
We had an issue following delivery but this was attended to swiftly.
All in all we are very pleased with the purchase and look forward to using it over many summers to come.

Customer service from Bridgman was excellent. However the delivery company claimed that they tried to deliver and sent a photo as proof.
However the photo was not my house and therefore and proof the delivery driver was lying.

Harry delivers complete customer service .
Harry the person we met at your store in Walton was simply tip top , he let us look around the store which was beautifully presented and when we asked for help, he listened to our thoughts , ideas and concerns. Afterwards he showed us exactly what met our needs but exceeded what we thought was possible. We then agreed everything, paid and them within the month , out furniture was delivered unpacked and we were using it that evening .
We could not be happier . Well done Harry!!
