Good experience

Mayfair wicker sofa set
We purchased a Mayfair sofa set for our patio and the whole experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Edita guided us through the ordering process and sent us samples of both the fabric and the wicker. She was extremely helpful. The delivery was very quick and the team were very efficient and set up the set for us.

Dining in style
Just received delivery of our new Kensington dining table patio set.
Delivery was prompt and efficient, including assembly and removal of all packaging.
Bruno was extremely helpful from my first enquiry to final purchase...Providing us with sample fabrics and rattan finishes of the different ranges.
As we were unable to get to a showroom he recommended we visit a local hotel which has the range. This was extremely helpful in making our final decision and going for the Kensington range.
Such a beautiful piece of garden dining furniture....we are delighted.

Great product and service from Harry @ Walton On Thames
I purchased some garden furniture from Harry at the Walton on Thames branch about 18 months ago and received the best possible service you could expect (see previous review). So when I wanted another chair, I went back to Bridgman and emailed Harry. I had it ordered and paid for in minutes. He hadn't changed and was on the ball, getting my chair delivered in a few days, which was much quicker than I expected. Great experience and 100% recommended ... again.

We visited the Walton-on-Thames branch after finding it online and were warmly welcomed by Harry. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each piece of furniture we were interested in, helping us make an informed decision without ever making us feel pressured.
We kept coming back to the Marseille table and chairs but wanted to be sure the set would fit on our decking. Thanks to Harry’s patience, knowledge, and helpful advice, we eventually chose the 8-seat Marseille dining set, and we’re delighted with our purchase.

Great service & great quality
I've just taken delivery of an additional chair to match my existing set of sofa & chair purchased 2 years ago. Harry was so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help me - this particular style was no longer available but I left the challenge with Harry & he tracked down the last chair to another of their showrooms in England and arranged for it to be shipped over to me. Excellent service and Harry ( at the Walton showroom ) is great . In addition - excellent batch-to-batch colour continuity & no fading - the existing chairs have been out in all weather for 2 years, but you can't tell which is the new chair and which is 2 yrs old..amazing quality!

We purchased 4 large loungers table and…
We purchased 4 large loungers table and eight dining chairs and had them exported to South of France, where they have sat outside in very hot weather with very high UV and are left outside all year uncovered. This was twelve years ago and they are as good as the day we bought them.!!! Excellent quality.

Full marks to Harry at the Walton…
Full marks to Harry at the Walton branch. After months of online research going around in circles looking for genuine long-term patio furniture without going beyond a relatively small group of suppliers, my brother found Bridgeman online. We visited the branch the very next day and met Harry. He spent time going through the relative pros and cons of each product, associated guarantees and expected life expectations of each product. I was constantly drawn back to the Kensington products, which are at a premium price tag, but just felt many rungs up the quality ladder. What was refreshing was Harry didnt push the product but simply allowed me to make my own decision but supported that with all the facts I needed. Money very well spent with a great company and an equally top gent assisting my purchase. Thank you
