Send out faulty products

Sent a bench out to me that was snapped - as I have a new build house that I’ve not yet moved into I unwrapped this 24 days after purchase (still within 30 day legal timeframe for a faulty return) - the bench was sent to me in an appalling state - contacted the company and they stated that because it wasn’t within 7 days there’s nothing they will do. Shocking!!! Will be taking further as it’s a customers right to a refund!!!

I would never use this company

I would never use this company. I placed an order for a garden pergola on their website and received confirmation that the order had been placed. Later in the day I received an email stating the price showing on their website was wrong and they had a technical issue created by visual soft and that they had cancelled the order. Very disappointing that an order placed in good faith based on the information available on their website was later rejected.

I have just had the absolute pleasure of receiving Martin and Mags in my home to deliver and hang 2 beautiful pieces of art.

Honestly I can not rate them enough...

Honestly I can not rate them highly enough, what an absolute pleasure to deal with. The shop is so beautiful with some outstanding pieces and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We visited a while ago and I wanted the same piece again to give as a present, I telephoned the store to see if it would arrive in time, the lady said to order it straight away and they would send it next day delivery, it came less than 24hrs later. Such good customer service both I store and online. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience, I will definitely be coming again..

I don’t know

I don’t know! DHL have been ‘attempting to deliver’ for 9 days - was in for all of them (bar the Christmas break) so cannot review item but will suggest DHL aren’t used - spoken with them, given my contact details but they still haven’t been used. 3 times weren’t even at the right place.

Poor quality & terrible customer service

I purchased what I thought was an original abstract art canvas for about £300. The reality did not reflect the online image AT ALL!! It’s rather heartbreaking actually. Also stamped with Made In China on it so unlikely original by a North American Artist called Patrick St Germain! Avoid this place. UPDATE: I actually sent the comparison photos to Breeze who seemed to think the inferior product was acceptable and simply said I should have returned it within 14 days instead despite my explanation that I have a small place and couldn’t unwrap it till I cleared a space. Poor customer service as well as poor quality products. AVOID.
UPDATE: Obviously edited as I said “update”. Sorry, Breeze, but you are not telling the truth. If you submit via your online form, you CAN’T send images. Breeze responds via email. I then explained I didn’t have the space to unpack and was then able to photos once canvas was out accordingly which is when I got the response that they saw no difference and it’s 14 days so tough. I am also an NHS worker and doing ridiculous hours so it’s not easy to keep track with Christmas and Covid-19 going on. But I have NO quibble about their 14 day limit as I stupidly assumed I was buying the same quality as seen online. My problem is getting a poor product that I saved up for and how a company can get away with selling something inferior, deny any differences and not even offer a partial discount as goodwill. I am stuck with it but happy to inform others to take more care.
UPDATE: I had to take out the picture and look at it on a wall as I don’t have X-ray vision. It’s like trying on a top! I never even asked for a refund but an acknowledgment that the product is not as advertised, made in China and wanted to inform other customers who then can make up their own minds. Your replies are simply pointless and time wasting and highlight a lack of professionalism. Merry Christmas!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feed back, all feed back is appreciated, your order was dispatched to you within 24 hours you recieved your order fast approaching three weeks ago and to confirm we have no correspondence from you prior to this review that you are unhappy with your purchase, we stand by the discription and claims made regarding this canvas and its cost of £259.85, this is an edited review on your behalf and not your original, at no point did you send images of the product we had to request them from you three weeks later and after you informed us that the canvas was hanging on a wall also at no point did you inform us that you were unable to unpack your order because of space issues again we can see by the images that the canvas has been fully unpacked,the product is not inferior it is as diecribed and the images clearly show this , we give a fourteen day returns policy that we feel is ample enough time for customers to inform us of any alleged faults ,damage or discrepencies, this is in our terms and conditions that you agreed to when making your purchase, please contact sales@breezefurnishngs.com and a team member will get back to you.

In reply to your second edited review , the first notification that you were unhappy with your purchase was the review you left three weeks later and not an email, which is what we request in our terms and conditions , we had to request that you send images you did not do this of your own accord, you are heartbroken and report that it is an inferior product that you have had for three weeks with out notice of any noticable discrepancies . at no point have you reported that you did not have space to unpack and check the product in fact the images appear to show it in place hanging ,we will not offer a discount or goodwill gesture as the service and images we have provided and featured on our website and the images you have sent us are an excellent likeness, we are happy to share images and correspondace to any interested parties ,we are sure you will agree to this,

Drove down from Scotland to collect large “Stags” painting. Absolutely stunning and Martin and Mags a pleasure to deal with. Shop was an Aladdins Cave of beautiful goods and bought another painting when I was there. Lovely business and equally lovely couple. So glad I didn’t my wife with me 😂

Although I had an initial problem contacting the company regarding my order, when I eventually managed to speak to someone they apologised and explained it was due to staff sickness. They were very helpful and gave me all the information I required and kept me informed regarding delivery.
