A very positive buying experience!
After reading some of the reviews on here I had some worries about my order.
My worries were totally unfounded. I found communication from this company very rapid and the staff were very helpful. The item arrived as promised by 24 hour courier and was securely packaged.
I would not hesitate in using this company again, but in the current climate in retailing, people may need to be flexible and be prepared to wait a little longer for their order to arrive!

Misleading delivery times given with still no delivery date advised
Same experience received as the below review. I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago. Money went out of my account immediately. A week later the money was refunded and then when I phoned to query they took it out again. I am now 2 1/2 weeks in and despite being told it would arrive within 4-14 days originally as was told it was in stock and it would arrive latest this Monday, now being told today even though still in stock it will be next week sometime and to wait to hear. I said what if it doesn't arrive again next week and their response was you can cancel then with no attempt to offer compensation or offer further assurances. Feeling let down by them. I will update this review if this is sorted early next week but doubting it will be after the other review seen now. So frustrating as they don't seem to be caring that they are misleading their customers.
I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars after delivery as although it took far longer to get my console table, double the time stated, money taken, refunded and then taken again and maybe coincidently after reporting this review, their customer services improved and they were more specific with providing updates to me and stopped being so vague and not as helpful.
I then had an issue with the console table that had a bad mark on it. However when I phoned the shop and spoke to Mags she was excellent and really sorted things and kept me updated. I had a new delivery the next week and all was great. The unit looks lovely and I am very pleased.

Poor customer service
Placed an order for a desk and some bedsides which was cancelled and refunded two days later with the reason being Covid-19 at the supplier. I contacted the supplier directly to ask when it would be restocked who said it was actually in stock. Emailed breeze furnishings back and no response. I believe it was actually cancelled as the price was wrong on the desk and rather than asking me if would pay more the order was cancelled. I have since ordered elsewhere and it has arrived with no issues.

Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback, you were informed that our suppliers were out of stock when it was in fact Breeze furnishings that were out of stock this was a human error and for that we apologise, stock levels can change for an array of reasons beyond our control, we notified you via email with in 48 hours and refunded you immediatley , we then removed the product from our website, once again please accept our sincere aplogies
