We are really happy with the work Bravo did for us. We’ve ordered a large TV unit and an unusually deep bedroom wardrobe.
Elio supervised us during the whole process and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. His initial visit was quick and to the point, he covered all available options and most importantly highlighted a couple of pitfalls that we didn’t think of. He listened to what we wanted and utilised available space in full!
On the day of the installation, Igor and Roman worked very efficient and quick. They were very professional, polite and when the project was complete they cleaned everything and it was ready to be used!
Overall, very happy with the product and service provided! Thank you

Very happy with my wardrobe!!
Elio did an amazing job designing my dream wardrobe. He listened to what I wanted and put my ideas together very quickly, tweaking anything I wasn’t sure about and making sure I was happy with the end result. He checked in throughout the process to make sure everything ran smoothly and was quick to amend any minor errors which I’m super grateful for! The builders were also fantastic, they worked very hard to get the job done in one day and my wardrobe looks beautiful! I’ve already recommended Bravo to my friends and will continue to do so!

Elio was such a great help to envision our design and get creative compared to competitors. They are truly bespoke and not cookie cutter wardrobe builders. I loved that they are able to make their wardrobes in house and it is not a mass production place like some of the other companies were that we spoke to.
The team was able to complete our project in an appropriate time frame that was well scheduled in advance. My reason for losing a star is that we had hoped it would be perfect after the installation however after initial installation we had a few errors that required adjustment and we were not happy with. Speaking with Elio and explaining our issues, he was understanding and happy to help. He was able to organize his team to come back and correct the issues we posed at the earliest date possible. They were minor things which after correction created our perfect project.
Could not recommend a better truly bespoke wardrobe company to create your dream interior designs. They were helpful and understanding.

We have tried our very best to facilitate your project to the best possible standards of service and commitment. Bespoke furniture is not always as straight-forward as even we would like it to be. There is always a chance of something falling out of line, and it does unfortunately happen, all due to the complexity of certain projects and the sheer volume of elements they are comprised of. No matter what the issues are, during installation or after, we deploy the snagging procedure in cases where issues arise to ensure any issues are rectified and alleviated.

Elio visited my home and did the initial measurements for 3 built-in wardrobes. My mum and I then visited them at their offices and told them our requirements for the wardrobes that we wanted. There were a range of wardrobes and different styles on offer and we were able to select a style suited to our home. Soon after the first meeting we received the initial drawings and it was clear the wardrobes were designed with our needs in mind, and Elio was able to make helpful suggestions based on his ample experience . We then agreed the installation date and after that the process was very smooth.
There are two sets of people I really want to thank from Bravo London Ltd. First, the workers/engineers who installed the fitted wardrobes on site. They made sure that everything was done efficiently and also looked after our property ensuring that the installation didn't cause any unnecessary damage. The work area was tidy during and after the installation. The wardrobes are of a very high quality, and each design was suited to the space in our home.
The second person I want to thank is our main point of contact, Elio, who was present every step of the way and reassured us that everything was being looked after by him personally. We were never left in the dark at any point during the whole process. Excellent customer service and a delight to talk to, always has the time to pick up the phone and give you a status on how your order was coming along.
We are more than happy with the service from the team and would highly recommend Bravo London Ltd.

Elio was such an excellent partner throughout the process - from the initial meetings, to the design (he solved several complex issues) to the overall management of the project…he’s got such a positive approach that it really set our minds at ease. We had four companies look at the project and Elio made Bravo the obvious choice for us.
The execution of the project was top-notch. Igor and Illya are an excellent team…they worked incredibly hard and efficiently and both had really positive attitudes throughout the build. Super nice, super professional - super team.

Bravo built a bespoke study for our house, they were in and out within 2 days. The quality was to a very high level, would definitely recommend them to others. Bravo built us a wonderful bespoke wardrobe for our new house. From the start the consultation was professional and helpful, listening to our ideas and suggesting others. The build itself was quick, efficient and Bravo took incredible care of our house. There was a minor alteration needed after, which they took care of with no quibbles. Highly recommended! Top quality media unit
Had a custom built media unit put in for a TV, speakers and shelving with backlighting. It was a reasonably complicated design as the room was a slightly awkward shape with pipeboxing in the corner to build around, alongside various requirements around making the media unit work around the AV set up (hiding wiring, accommodating sub woofer, building drawers inside cupboards for DVDs etc). Design process was quick and responsive with a great mock up provided in advance of the project, and any tweaks to the design were made promptly and without any fuss. Lead time was around 2 months, but equally that seems the norm for any serious piece of furniture. On the day the guys were consultative and obviously put a lot of effort in (it took them the whole day to fit it). The end finish is flawless - I find myself looking at it and can't believe how well it fits in with the room - you wouldn't have thought we built and added it retrospectively. Would recommend.

We have just had 2 wardrobes fitted in our flat in London . We live abroad so things were a bit more complicated. Bravo was very efficient and reliable- we had clear communication and everything was completed exactly when stated . They were great!

The Bravo London team were fantastic and highly professional. We had fitted wardrobes installed in two bedrooms and the loft. Perfect from start to finish
Would recommend this amazing company to anyone. Elio has been perfect from start to finish. For someone who knows nothing about wardrobe design he advised me on many aspects & I am thrilled with the final piece. I was able to contact him at all times, and answered all my question big & small. The engineers who fitted it were polite & so fast. Would use them again!
