Shelves/cabinets look good but no care for surroundings
The service up until installation was great. The shelves and cabinets in my alcoves are lovely but disappointingly installers had no care for the surroundings they were working in - they chipped away paint on a wall they weren’t working on, got chaulk (fill) on my TV and have left part of my carpet stained even though I had covered it myself.
The chaulk (fill) finish around the shelves is also rough in areas and not as I would expect. A member of the Bravo team also thought it was ok to compare the work they had done (saying it was better) to that done on my skirting board by another tradesperson.

Sliding wardrobe doors
Bravo London Ltd have been a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. From the initial quoting stages through to the delivery of some glass sliding doors.
All the staff have been great to work with and have been so helpful.
We are very impressed with the quality of the sliding doors and the amount of colours and finishes available.
One thing that stands out is just how quick the turn around is from ordering to the delivery day! Very impressive! On this particular order for two sets of sliding wardrobe doors it was 2 working days.
We look forward to working with Bravo London Ltd again in the near future.

Long-Term successfull collaboration
Our company Homely Wardrobes always requires Sliding Doors for our order.
Bravo London Ltd has been a trustful partner along the way, since we discovered them last year we’ve had over 30 orders placed with them, and all of them were successful!
They have the most competitive price on the market, a huge variety of door styles and colours, the delivery time is super quick, sometimes same day or next day delivery! We never waited more than 3 working days for a set of doors!
The customer service is on top level, always respectful and friendly, professional and helpful.
All the time the doors arrived safe and fast!
Very happy with the collaboration, this is our number 1 supplier of sliding doors, and it will stay so for a long time.

We just had sliding doors wardrobes
We just had sliding doors wardrobes, and a new cabinet designed by Bravo London Ltd. Elio was very professional from start to finish. Elio is always on top of things and I did not have to chase him, he gave me the date the engineer was coming, helped me select the design and colours to go with the room and even the handles.
The team came on time today and very processional and I am a very happy customer. They also clean after installing the doors.

The best wardrobes we have ever purchased
Elio saw us through the process of designing our wardrobes from start to finish. From the first interaction Elio was incredibly helpful - with nothing but a video he helped us come up with a design that worked in the space, advising us of various different logistical points we would never have considered. He provided detailed information of the full product range available to us and never pressured us to spend more. We were sent videos, sketches, voice notes etc. to thoroughly explain everything to us. Elio checked in on the day to make sure the installation team arrived as expected, and then he called afterwards to make sure we were happy. 10/10 service. Bravo will be the only place I go to get wardrobes.

Bravo walk in wardrobe review
Bravo fitted out our walk in wardrobe. Right from the start I was really impressed with the service. And a special mention to Elio, who really listened to what I wanted and turned around a quote along with completed designs in less than 24 hours. Throughout the whole process I found Bravo and Elio in particular went out of the way to be flexible and accommodating to ensure that I ended up with the perfect walk in. All this within a real quick turn around time, with a real high end finish. Massive thank you to the team 😀

High standard service and delivery
An architect friend of mine recommended the company. Although I expected a high quality delivery, Elio exceeded my expectations in terms of detail, professionalism, and dedication. I always received a clear recommendation from him or a few ideas for us to brainstorm. In addition to setting the right expectations about the finishing material, dimensions, deadlines, and so on, he went above and beyond. Furthermore, he was honest and impartial about what would work best for my project. His ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams is exceptional. Trustworthy, responsive, and clear. Very happy with Bravo
In a nutshell - we were very happy with Bravo - both the result and their service/process.
We have reviewed and had quotes from 9 companies before choosing Bravo - from fully tailor-made joinery companies to standardized furniture companies.
We had a rather complex project with several built-in pieces of furniture and some with unusual shapes or specific requirements. Bravo was the best in combining flexibility in what they can do and their pricing. Additionally (and which we could confirm after all was done), their quality is top notch as well.
We would want to highlight Vlad, for his meticulousness in designing the little detailed aspects of the project. He listened to what we wanted and put our ideas together. Vlad is also remarkably attentive to customers and available basically 24/7.
Also special thanks to assemblers Igor and Nazar. The speed and quality of their work was outstanding and done with attitude of putting customer’s wishes first - very attentive and listening to the customers (as no matter how much you plan there will always be details that you need to adjust on the spot, so very important to have assemblers with this attitude in mind). Having a fitted furniture done in basically every room of one’s home is never an easy process to go through, but Igor and Nazar have made it a very bearable, actually even enjoyable, experience.
We have already recommended Bravo to our neighbours and will continue to do so!

Great service
Great service, first of all Elio handled everything even a last minute change I wanted to make, kept me up to date with everything and checked in most weeks prior to installation.
The time from drawings to installation was so quick, probably about 5 to 6 weeks, much quicker than the highstreet stores.
Overall great service and value for money

My lovely new cupboards!
I Elio and the bravo team did an outstanding job! Elio was informative, friendly and always helpful when I had questions for him. He made some great suggestions which I’m so happy we took on board. Excellent
Right from our initial visit to meet Elio, the service was second to none. He helped us with suggestions and despite the problems, managed to get our wardrobes fitted into the space we had.
When Roman and Serge came on the day of fitting they took care to minimise disruption and worked tirelessly. Their work quality was excellent.
All round a satisfying experience.
