The quality of the product exceeded our expectations, and the detailed planning process resulted in very efficient use of space in a confined area. Each suggestion the team made had a positive impact on how we use our new wardrobes. Highly recommend!

An excellent service, and a fantastic customer service and product. We did a fitted wardrobe, very happy with the product, and Alex was very professional, provided great response and advice. Used I-wardrobes on 2 different occasions for building and fitting wardrobes. They did a fantastic job. Attention to details through all stages from concept on paper to delivery of actual wardrobes. Very precise, choices with regards to accessories and organizers! Highly recommend working with them.

Had a complex wardrobe unit created in the bedroom (covering 2 walls) and a bespoke fully fitted kitchen done by Tailoredkitchens and I-wordrobes (same people running both).

I am extremely happy with what they did and the countless hours spent on the phone answering any question and trying their very best - and more! to assist someone like me who is a complete perfectionist, and a total pain in the arse. I recently purchased a fitted living room TV unit from iwardrobes.co.uk and I couldn't be more satisfied. The service from the moment of my enquiry and attention to my project were outstanding.
Got it installed in 2,5 weeks, the fitters were polite and careful.
I highly recommend them, would definitely use their service again.

I ordered a number of bespoke joinery units and a kitchen. I can’t even begin to explain how bad the experience has been. The quality is absolutely appalling. They damaged parts of my property by not taking any sort of care. I am not left in a situation where 6 months on not a single item is finished.
Alex was rude and unprofessional, and Anna is not capable of picking up the phone to have a conversation or meeting at my property. Despite multiple emails and photos showing the huge number of issues they take a tone deaf approach to responding.
Please don’t put yourself through the awful experience that I have had with this company. They do not have the skill required to properly design or install this kind of joinery!

We saw example jobs on the Internet of some amazing bespoke designs. Alex came around a number of times and went through the process of advising, design, choice of materials, measurements etc and sent us the detailed drawing plans of the project a few days later. Once agreed, a date was agreed for installation which took 2 days. Work was carried out smoothly and efficiently with no mess and disruption. The final product was amazing and the craftmanship was first class and the LED lighting added a touch of class to the unit. Family who have visited us have commented on such a 'Wow Factor' design. One thing to note is that once the drawing plans are received, you MUST verify that the measurements are correct for anything that is outside the norm of the build i.e the depth of the TV in relation to the back board as changes cannot be made easily once installed. Otherwise, i highly recommend I-Wardrobes for your next project.

Amazing service, the quality of work is 10/10 so efficient and beautiful. The cupboard are gorgeous and the contractors were very punctual with time and their job. Alex is an amazing person to work with very professional and to the point. I definitely recommend this company for any wardrobe fitting

The whole process was smooth and very professional from the design visit to installation.
Could not decide on the spec and the design at some point and Alex was very patient with his advises and provided a number of samples for us to make the final decision. Fitters were good, sometimes a bit late due to the traffic but still were in track with installation lead times. The final results exceeded our expectations.

Company with short lead times and really bespoke service. Wife had very specific requirements for storing shoes, accessories and long garments and space with slopping ceiling to work around. The result exceeded our expectations. High quality project within reasonable timeframes.

Excellent high quality wardrobes. Very pleased with the design and specifications Alex was great guiding us through the process. I would give a 5* but the 2 men who fitted them were so grumpy despite doing an excellent job- just not nice to have them in the house for 3 days.

The whole process was seamless from start to finish - Alex was very clear on timing and what we could expect, the choice of finishes / features was great, the installation was painless and on schedule (despite covid meaning some of the team were unavailable for days at a time). The technicians were professional, polite, and very tidy, and we are delighted with our wardrobes.
