Hired a large combination ladder to use…
Hired a large combination ladder to use in an A-frame configuration. On collection the part that secures the ladder was loose, they said it just needed to be pushed back in. It turns out that this part was so damaged that if you did get it in it then wouldn't come out again. We ended up having to use the ladder straight rather than in a A-frame configuration. The metal locators at the top of the ladder, also for A-frame configuration, where also bent so that the top rung of the ladder didn't locate correctly.
This ladder was unsafe to be hired for use as an A-frame ladder.

I received a telephone call 24 hours in advance of the proposed hire date - informing me of a suitable collection time. I collected and subsequently returned the item as arranged. A very helpful guy at the local store assisted with offloading the equipment from my car. The equipment performed 100% reliably. I'll be a returning customer...

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Kind, patient and explained to me how to use the tool I was hiring as I was nervous due to not having experience. Pleasant experience dealing with these guys. Also offered advice on equipment I may need for upcoming projects.

Turning up I was informed that unfortunately that the item I had offered the night before had been hired out to someone else,the guy at the branch was extremely apologetic and then went out of his was to get me a transformer asap,very nice guy and couldn’t do enough for me,a credit to your company

I was very happy with customer service, one step and beyond. I hired the floor sander which I found to be a great piece of machinery. 10 out of 10 in every aspect . Highly recommend.
