Lots of customer support through the Xmas period

Excellent product with prompt delivery

Just received my Capriolo Alto, out of the box well impressed with the boot, quality, workmanship, Was wondering how the fit would be, as I have a wide foot, but once I loosened off the laces down to the toe, they felt very comfortable, obviously I need to get out and do some walking,
The ordering was easy, and I was kept in touch with the ordering process, via email,
Slight delay with Royal Mail, as never received a text or email regarding delivery date and time, so was out on delivery, but I requested a new day for delivery,
Will update once I start to get out and about.
Also look great with the red laces I ordered.

These boots were delivered in good time and are exactly as described. I have been putting them through their paces over the last 2 weeks, lots of mud, hills, tarmac and lots of water. I have had numerous boots over to last 40+ years, These boots are excellent. Great fit, extremely comfortable and waterproof. I shall be hitting the Cumbrian mountains in January and I'm very confident that these boots will make the trip even more enjoyable.

Great boots straight out of the box

The service from Brandecosse was smooth and seamless. I ordered a pair of the Cervo Rosso’s and a Leather Aftercare Kit, and both arrived within three working days of my order and in perfect condition. They were well packaged and the products themselves are top of the line and I can’t fault them in any way. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five was because of the Leather Aftercare Kit arriving the day after the boots did, but that’s a very minor point and the only thing that could be improved.

These are not only the comfiest boots I have worn but comfiest footwear in general. 10 out of 10.

Jane was very helpful when I was ordering my boots. I bought the Fagiano’s. I wanted a pair of boots that would last years and could be repaired. They look fantastic as well.

Excellent email communication from the company-even on a Sunday. First pair of boots arrived on time. These were too small so I wanted to send them back. I took a photo of the tracking order and emailed it to them;-immediately they organised for another (larger) pair to be dispatched which have arrived within 24 hours.
Couldn’t ask for more as the returned boots are still in transit.

My second pair of boots from these guys. As a pensioner I have owned a lot of boots and these are by far the best I’ve owned. No wearing in, comfy straight from the box. Now have a summer pair and a winter pair. Just hope I out live the boots 😂 Well recommended

I have had my Brandecosse Capriolo Basso for 6 months now and they are of exceptional quality. They have softened a little over the 6 months (a good think) which makes them super comfortable. The suede is great quality and shows no sign of wear. The sole, although quite thin compared to modern shows, is really comfortable. They are expensive BUT they are worth it and i will be back again.
