I just wish I would get at least an acknowledgement of the 3 emails I sent over a couple of weeks using the email address, asking a couple of questions about another pair of sneakers listed on the website.

The shoes I bought were perfect and arrived quickly, I would certainly order again and appreciate the huge range of styles and sizes. Highly recommended seller!!

Right off the bat, you should know that this seller/website is a SCAMMER. They sell FAKE replicas which are essentially advertised as “authentic” to deceive buyers into paying the full sum of money for a counterfeit shoe. Please be careful.

I was looking for Jordan 4 Military Blacks and I’m fairly new to the sneaker community, and so I was just trying to find the cheapest possible **authentic** pair to buy when I found SneakerSafe.
• Looking back, this was extremely stupid of me as nobody in their right mind would sell unused, authentic deadstock Jordans for any less than their current retail/resell price on the market. But I fell for this, unfortunately, especially after looking at the 200+ positive reviews here on TrustPilot which are either inexperienced sneakerheads, or incentive reviews. Also notice how they’re hiding behind those “positive reviews” so much? Like it’s all they have to offer?

Upon receiving the shoes, I was quite convinced that they could be real, because I’d never owned a pair of Jordans before so I couldn’t tell. But upon further inspection and *confirmation*, I realized that I’ve been sold fakes. For £250 (originally 260 pounds before the discount code). This honestly hurts for me to even type.
⚠️ • I am completely sure that they’re fakes because of more than one reason. I am not blatantly accusing this business just because I want to. I would never put down a small business without a real, proper reason. This is only what I’m sure of.
1. The “netting” on the Jordans isn’t supposed to be the way that mine were: completely hard, barely moveable. Plasticky.
2. The air bubble on the bottom of the shoe is supposed to have 3 “pegs”, mine had only two.
3. I took my shoes to my experienced sneakerhead friend who owns the exact same pair, and his nets were waaay different. They were extremely moveable and soft. He even told me that authenticators often look at the netting as one of the key factors to determine whether or not a Jordan 4 could be fake, ⚠️ even if every other characteristic of my sneakers seemed “in order”/legit ⚠️, i.e. the back-tab actually flipping back up, the jump-man looking correct, the stitching looking “crisp”. It doesn’t matter, decent quality replicas exist and are being sold, by SneakerSafe for example.

The main issue here is that SneakerSafe are selling counterfeit products for an insane amount of money while advertising them as authentic, and promising that to buyers. This is a highly illegal fraud under the Trade Marks Act 1994 and Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988. I could’ve gotten other branches of authentic Jordans for less than that. But unfortunately, my money is gone forever.
• And yes, I did try messaging the seller and aside from the painfully slow responses I got on WhatsApp, he was never adamant on the fact that they weren’t fakes even when I accused him of selling me them. His reply back was very cold and quite confusing:
“Hi, I’m sorry to have sent you fakes but we are sure that they are authentic. We accept returns within 14 days for any reason, here is our shipping address

I never ended up returning the shoes because I was already out of money for the shipment, and I’d already worn the pair out and about before I found out that they were fakes.
But that’s besides the point, doesn’t matter if I returned them or not. I was scammed out of my hard-earned money, and you shouldn’t EVER advertise counterfeit goods as authentic and scam your buyers. That’s literally it.

Please be aware guys. I wish I could take this whole situation back. I’m so disappointed in myself that I’d even fallen for this.

⚠️ Edit: Although I won’t go as far as claiming all these reviews would have to be fake, because they’re definitely not *ALL* fake; remember that literally anyone could sign up and post a quick, performative review on TrustPilot, with as many alt accounts as possible — especially if one aims to deceive people for a certain purpose. Do not trust everything you see or read online. ⚠️

My partner ordered me a pair of Jordans a week ago, we still have not received anything and the communication from the seller is ridiculous. Tracking number provided says Royal Mail waits for the package from the seller. So he claims that he has sent it when he has not. So he scammed us with the £350 and advertised a next day delivery when a week later we have no proof that anything has been sent and he refused to process a refund as well. Absolute scammer, stay away from this shop and do not trust anything that man says, it’s a lie. His business is stealing from people, not providing goods. Pathetic experience

Wanted to get my hands on the new Nike Air Max 95 neon green big air bubble 2025, sneaker safe, had them in stock and allowed me to finance them with my clearpay payment Method. Happy days. I ordered midnight navy Jordan 4s but was a bit disappointed could have been 4 stars but the delivery took about 1 week when it was supposed to be next day delivery and the shoes turned up a little bit damaged as if they were already used other than that the shoes look authentic.

I have emailed about the issue and one day later still no reply, I’am a bit disappointed but the shoes still look good.
