Brand Ecosse - Capriolo Alto - Ordering and delivery was simple and efficient. The boots appear to be well made and of good quality. They are lightweight and compact and importantly very comfortable.
Size is on the small side (of what I'm accustomed to), with a narrow toe area. For me, they fit OK with regular socks. As they are lightweight boots, this may be intentional. If I wanted to wear thick socks, I would go up a size. Can't comment of wide fitting, my feet are quite narrow.
The lower lace holes go very close to the toe allowing the boot volume to be adjusted to suit foot width. The upper lace hooks allow quick fastening, though the 4 pairs are close together, making lacing tricky. Might have been better with 3 pairs further apart? Once they are on, I don't need to adjust, they are very comfortable.
Disappointed to find they are not waterproof though. I've only had them a couple of weeks, but used them walking the dog twice a day for a week. On several occasions I got wet feet (toe area) after walking through wet grass for only a few minutes.
Update 28-06-26: I contacted Brandecosse and was advised to return the boots, which I did. They found a manufacturing fault and replaced the boots immediately. As well as being light and comfy I now have dry feet. Excellent after sales service from people rightly proud of their products.

Above and beyond, reordered my new pair of Capriolo boot and then realised it be in Spain!
Emailed Brandecosse and Jane was straight back boots will be held.
I much later ordered a pair for my wife and both pairs arrived on our first day back awesome 👌

What a fantastic company to deal with. Great advice on the telephone prior to placing my order and then my Capriolo boots arrived within 48 hrs. I’ve now walked about 20 miles in them and they are incredibly comfortable and well worth the cost.
I’m looking forward to ordering my next pair of Brandecosse boots later in the year ready for the winter weather.

Purchased my first pair about four years ago, they were comfort from the word go, I wear them quite regularly and each time there comfort surprises me. When I saw the limited edition boot I could not resist buying another pair, once again the comfort is outstanding.

Ordering easy and the boots were shipped fast, the boots looked lovely and were well made.
Sadly they were too small sent back for the larger pair will review again when I have the bigger pair.
