Bramley & White Recensioni

I contacted Bramley and White by phone as I was unsure which product I needed to complete a project. They were very helpful and I placed my order of Frenchic Tuff Top Coat. It was delivered the next date; well wrapped and in perfect condition. I really like the Frenchic range so I've been using this company for some years; whenever I have a home project to complete. I always go directly to their website to place orders; if I have any queries I call them and I've always been very happy with the service

fast and prompt delivery of product. It was well presented and well packaged - I can't wait to get painting.

The two ladies that looked after us on our cocktail making session were fantastic, it was a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

Beautiful product and careful, swift postage.

Good choice of paints and home furnishings. Price was good and very speedy delivery

The little square soap dishes are perfect and the communication was very prompt

My order was delivered very quickly and packaged beautifully

Great service, beautiful paint that goes on like a dream, happy customer!

Excellent customer service and delivery. Exceeded all expectations

Ordered a tin of paint and a brush on Monday, which came to £44 including £6 delivery. Recieved an email from Royal Mail on Wednesday with a four hour delivery window that day. Waited in and it didn't arrive. Checked the tracking and it stated that the sender had not paid enough postage. Contacted the company who admitted they had not paid the appropriate postage cost. They suggested I paid the difference and they would refund me the cost. I requested a full refund instead as was not willing to sort out their mistake or waste another morning waiting in for the delivery. Astonishingly, they came back to say that I would have to wait 18 days whilst Royal Mail held the parcel, plus the days it would then take to return to the parcel to the company, before they would refund me. This problem is entirely the fault of the company and I wrote back to state that I was not happy to wait this long for a refund and requested they issued a refund immediately. And I've heard nothing from them since. They are taking my money for goods and delivery that didn't happen due to an error their end. Truly shocking customer service from Liz.
