Visually lovely, but loud and creaky
I bought the Inaya Cream kingsize ottoman lift bed. It’s beautiful to look at, aesthetically very pleasing and the velvet material is of good quality. However it is the loudest, creakiest bed i’ve ever had. Tossing and turning in the night sounds like an earthquake, so much so I now have to spend more money getting a bed frame that doesn't creak with every movement. I’ve re-tightened all the bolts/screws, but that hasn't solved the issue.
The 2* relates specifically to this product. Everything else, order, service, delivery, packaging and assembly instructions were otherwise brilliant but if you toss and turn during your sleep, avoid this bed frame.

Unfortunately we had an issue assembling one of the barstools we bought. Having said that the customer service we received was excellent. Communication was second to none and we received a new item by next day delivery.

Highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond with my order in terms of service. The dispatch and delivery was very fast. I was cautious about ordering furniture online without being able to see it in person but the products arrived exactly as pictured. Will definitely order from this company again in the future!

Barstools look nice & sturdy
Lets start a delivery, it was superfast. Packaging was secure. Now lets come to barstool, it matches with picture on the website. Assembly is more or less straight forward. Barstool looks nice and posh. Its still too early to comment about quality and stability.

Fast and Efficient service
Good selection, easy to order online and delivery was quick and efficient. Disappointed to find that they needed putting together as they were not cheap items and in my opinion should have been pre-built. The picture instructions were not easy to follow. Quality of item is decent but very expensive. No care instructions with them as to cleaning of seat and backing material which does not zip off???

I have been trying to return an item
I have been trying to return an item, I have emailed numerous times there is no contact number to ring to start the process of returning the two dining chairs and had no contact back! I am now out of pocket by £320 and have a large box in the way sat in my kitchen.

I have to give 5 stars as the customer service team handled the bad weather delivery issues really well.
I had ordered 3 chairs but the snow made delivery difficult - i did call and it was a bit of mare but Modish chased this up and delievered 3 fantastic bar stools.
I will be ordering again soon. Quality of the products was excellent.
