Part of my delivered order was not what I had ordered. The wrong size wood was delivered so I had to visit store to sort the problem.

Scottish pebbles
Scottish pebbles - easy to order online, it stated 2-3 days for delivery but they came the next day. The driver was great at reversing down our narrow awkward lane! Would recommend.

I was very disappointed with the office
I was very disappointed with the office side of things I order on line on the 17th June got a confirmation email with no delivery date it said 4 to 5 days that fine ,the on Monday 22nd I thought I had still no delivery time so I email to ask when was delivery I got a email back to say today no time ,after lunch I got a massage to say 14.30 to 15.30 the the driver rang about 15.00 to say here was near which was great and he was very good with the unloading of my decking it would been nice to know a delivery date not just turn up

I was not home for the delivery but the…
I was not home for the delivery but the driver left the dumpy bags on the edge of the driveway so the drive was usable very thoughtful he also left a voicemail telling me what he had done very impressed with the whole process thank you.

Bought some decking for delivery, when it came, the incorrect size had been loaded; however, the delivery driver, John (Weston-s-Mare), was very patient & came back just 30 minutes later with the correct decking boards plus the manhole cover I'd ordered after for collection. He was king polite and went above & beyond. Thank you.
