I have left over products and rang to ask if I could exchange them for other needed goods. I was told on the phone that there would be no issues, I therefore travelled with the goods to the store to be made to wait and eventually told it was not possible and I would have to pay with no refund or exchange.

Helpful and friendly on the phone.
I bought my goods over the phone and the people I spoke to were extremely helpful. When I called to increase my order this was no problem. They were always helpful and friendly.

Easy to order online
Easy to order online. Delivered within a week. I made error on the order and Bradfords sorted this out by sending correct order and collecting wrong one without any fuss or bother.

Excellent service
They said they were going to deliver my goods on the Tuesday and I asked if they could do it on the Wednesday and it was no trouble. The driver turned up nice and early and it no trouble to put the goods where I needed them.1

Helpful staff
Staff on the telephone and the delivery driver very helpful..although a little disappointed no notification of delivery date until the actual date…when I called the contact number staff were accommodating to arrange to when I was available
