I posted a 5* review for BQI Protection/MR MATT PAGE already but was overwhelmingly inspired to pen a second one because I was once again on the look-out for a savings plan/life policy to accumulate funds for funeral expenses and other incidentals like Probate Solicitor's fees so "who was I gonna call?" I dealt a Protection & Heath Care Advisor called Luca regarding our life and critical illness insurance. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in a manner I was able to understand. He was quick to respond via email, and always called back when he said he would. He wasn’t pushy at all, and helped us choose the best policies for our personal circumstances. I received a first class service from start to finish. I knew very little about life insurance and the options open to me.
From the first phone call to setting up the policy the level of service was brilliant.
There was no hard sell, and I changed my mind a few times before deciding on what was right for me (not what was right for BQI).
Louca was exceptionally good at explaining things in ‘plain english’. I also spoke to Malcolm who was also exceptionally good. Louca also contacted me in the evening out of normal work hours.
Anyone even considering life insurance should contact this company. No hard selling, no annoying phone calls, just top quality service.

Can highly recommend BQI Protection they did all the hard work and made it easy, the best thing for me was that they were not your typical pushy salesmen and that goes a long way in my opinion, I turned down several others because they did push to try and make the sale so yes I can definitely recommend BQI.

I’m really satisfied and I highly recommend the service given by the BQI Protection.
