I have used Box of Hugs before so I already know they are good. I needed a special gift for my oldest friend whose mother sadly passed away. I put together a little bereavement gift using the website. My friend was so pleased and meant so much 🥰

Amazing selection of items to choose from! So much fun and a great change to choosing flowers. I thought I had forgotten to add my name to my message but a quick phone call sorted that all out! So friendly and helpful

Easy to use Website as I am Visually impaired, a great choice in products to choose from as I made my own box to send, my family member who I sent the box to was chuffed with the items in the box and said the presentation was really nice, delivered on time too, I have put a review on Trust pilot already fyi. I have used Box of Hugs several times now after discovering them via a web search. Each time it has been easy to navigate their website to pick either a set box, letterbox hug or create a custom box/hug.
Every box I have sent has been received with great thanks, and I know some of my recipients have since gone on to use Box of Hugs themselves.
It is such a wonderful way to express your feelings to a friend/colleague/family member etc.,

My order was delivered really quickly and the recipient loved all of the items in the box.

I used the build your own box option and found the website layout very easy to navigate and very user-friendly. There was a really well thought-out selection of items: sweet, savoury, drinks as well as non-food comfort & personal care items. Was glad to see some vegan options too. Delivery was on time and well presented. I have already ordered from Box of Hugs a second time and would definitely do so again.

I by mistake ordered two cards in my box of hugs and they noticed and automatically refunded one for me without me even asking. My friend was very happy with her box of hugs. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter loved her box of hugs, the products are so cute. The only disappointment was the delivery. I thought it would have got to her some as I had paid extra money for it to be delivered faster. I am in Australia though so maybe the time difference mucked that up?
