I ordered a glass vase with an engraved message as a retirement gift. The vase actually looks better than I expected - I'm very happy with it. It arrived well packaged in its box, inside a larger packing box full of foam shapes. I received it a little later than expected because of a delay caused by DPD, but on the whole I was very happy with the speed of dispatch and delivery.

The item is a little smaller than we had anticipated. The engraving isn’t particularly deep in the metal so will be rubbed down quickly I think. I cannot see that this item was worth £85. It’s a christening present and we are slightly disappointed.

We ordered a vase to be engraved for a relative’s Golden Wedding Anniversary on 10th July. We knew the company were on holiday until that date but decided to go ahead & order anyway, realising it would be a little late.
However we were amazed and very grateful when they processed and delivered the vase in 2 days so it was only 1 day late.
Our relatives loved it!! Thanks to all concerned for doing such a great job.

A lovely gift, just what I was expecting

The wallet I purchased and had engraved was very good quality and the engraving was clean and very well done. Despite not paying for quicker delivery, I ordered on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday! Would not hesitate to use them in the future.
