I have used Box of Hugs on three occasions and the service and friendliness was consistent all the way through the ordering process on each occasion with excellent communication at every step. The boxes were all delivered in good time and when the parcels arrived each recipient was quite overwhelmed with the presentation and content.

I ordered this as a present for my mum in the UK as I live in Australia and am very happy with it. I was able to choose the products to go into the box and there was so much to choose from. It arrived quickly and she was really happy with it. The fudge and the marmalade have been a favourite! Will definitely order again for other occasions as it felt very personal although I am the other side of the world and I can change it up each time!
