I've been experiencing issues with the Yodel driver near my house consistently delivering my packages to my neighbor's house. So contacting the staff immediately upon placing the order, they not only switched the delivery service to DPD but also thoughtfully noted additional information.

The assembly was fairly easy

The assembly was fairly easy, and the chair is incredibly comfy to use. I chose this gaming chair to handle long workdays, and it's been a great decision. The chair is very comfortable to use for long hours. My only criticism is that it is not as breathable as I thought.

Amazing delivery!

I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible delivery speed! I purchased this chair before Christmas as a birthday present for my grandson, and I wasn't in a rush to receive it. Much to my delight, it arrived before Christmas. My grandson is now thoroughly enjoying his new chair.

Great chairs & great service

Have had 2 chairs from Boulies over the years.

Personally found both have been great. Very comfy & seem well made

Slight issue with one which was fixed quickly & easily through warranty.

Good products & Good customer service

Helpful and supportive

Boulies have been very helpful in helping us with our return, and have been quick to answer our queries.

On top of that- their chairs are excellent quality, solid, and comfortable. If any part arrives in poor condition or something goes wrong, they will provide options to help find a solution that you are satisfied with.

Purchased a chair with free shipping and they contacted me after to request an additional $40! Atrocious service, buy elsewhere.

Australian orders are shipped from the Melbourne warehouse. The size of our product is big so the shipping cost itself will be more expensive. If the customer's address is far away from our Melbourne warehouse, it is difficult for us to bear all the shipping costs. However, we are committed to covering the majority of the shipping costs ourselves then we will ask the customer if they are willing to bear a small shipping fee.

Comfort doesn’t last for long

The comfort in my chair did not last and now i get backache from using this chair. It seems to have a clunky rock to it. Support don’t seem to care.

Terrible Quality

Terrible Quality, my chair has broken in tow places.
The frame inside the back rest has snapped due to terrible welds and the base part connecting to the gas cylinder has broken also due to welds that look like they've been done by a blind child.
wish i has just got a secret labs.

Bought chair

Bought chair - wish I’d checked these reviews first. Chair is not great and contacted them via email as no phone number (quelle surprise) and as yet they still haven’t bothered to reply and just getting automated email. I don’t know how these companies get away with it..

Easy to assemble

Assembling the chair was quite easy. But some plastics comes damaged, so I contacted their support for replacing. They were firendly and arranged the replacement quickly. Thank you.

Avoid

The chair arrived and overall the quality seemed lower than I was expecting, but I chose to keep it as it was comfortable enough. After a month, one of the legs on my chair base snapped due to poor welding.

Boulies sent out a replacement base. It arrived completely scratched up and dented from not being packaged properly. I was also unable to actually replace the base as it's impossible to remove the gas lift without a tool.

At this point, I just want a refund and instead they are trying to bung me off with a lesser deal. I've been offered £15 back, £50 back, a new wheel base, a whole new chair base (which wouldn't even ship until a month later). I'm legally entitled to a refund as their attempt to replace/repair has failed within 6 months from purchasing and they won't let me have one. Avoid.

It's important to clarify that we currently have the necessary stock and the new seat base would require only 2-3 days for delivery, not a month. However, we respect your decision to opt for a refund instead.

Regarding the refund process, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Our records indicate that our support team initiated your refund request on 10th October, contingent upon the return of the original chair. We intended to make this process as hassle-free as possible by offering a free collection service. We are currently awaiting the photographs of the packaged product and your preferred collection time, which are customary steps to ensure the product is adequately prepared for safe transport back to our warehouse.

We kindly ask you to check your email for our previous communications regarding the refund process and provide the necessary information so we can proceed. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to completing this process to your preference as swiftly as possible.

2 broken chairs

I bought a chair on the 11th of September. I am still yet to use it. The first chair arrived broken, after emails back and forth with them wanting to send out a replacement part (which I didn't want to replace and shouldn't have to do) they finally agreed to send out a whole replacement. The replacement finally arrives and that too arrives broken however with what seemed like a much easier part to replace which I am happy to replace. I have been battling to get this part sent out, despite sending very clear photos of what is wrong. For the price you pay for a chair, you'd expect higher quality parts and much better packaging.
Once I have received a replacement for the broken part and can actually use the chair, I will update this review. But until then, avoid this company as if something goes wrong, you're on your own kid.

Our products are quite heavy and large, requiring special tools for couriers to move and handle them. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some packages do get damaged during shipment due to circumstances beyond our control. We acknowledge the complexities involved in transporting products of this nature, and while we constantly strive to ensure a safe delivery, occasional hiccups do occur. And sorry again for all the inconvenience caused.

Great Experience and Aftercare

Contacted them via a contact page just to see if I could get a replacement hydraulics for my chair. They asked for some questions for the chair issues then 3 days later, the replacement has arrived and i can sit in comfort again. Best chair I've ever used.

Amazing Service

I was concerned initially due to they don't have the showrooms for trying. I was hunting for a quality but reasonable price chair and found boulies. I contacted the support team for the chair information and hope they can give me some advices for choosing a chair. They're really helpful and knowlegable, resolving my concerns, and help me choose the exact chair I want. Thanks again for the fine customer service.

Does what a gaming chair should do

Went for a Boulies since SecretLab is so expensive and after ordering it I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and honestly got really scared.
BUT, the chair arrived (with some delay, but that was Yodel's fault, not Boulies). All parts were intact. Nothing was damaged. It has withstood 4 days of intense gaming so far and seems fine. Because of the bad reviews I am a little worried, and will edit this if the chair breaks within the next few months but honestly; only 2 minor personal complaints:
1) please don't put your screw straight into the fabric Boulies. The chance of accidental tears is so high!
2) I personally do think the sitting area/cushion could have been just a tad bit wider and longer. Maybe by a centimetre. But that is entirely personal preference.
I'm small (159cm) and sit cross legged a lot.
Customer services is clearly outsourced, but most companies have that at the moment and when I queried the delivery time they did get back to me very quickly.

I ordered the wrong chair from the agent by mistake. And they help me exchange the correct chair with free of charge even the wrong chair has been delivered to my place. Good service 10/10
