Bought the Boulies EP400 however had to return as it was not comfortable. The quality of the chair was good although the lumbar support was too low and it can't be adjusted. I put this down to the chair not being suitable for tall people. I'm 6 foot 2, so should be able to fit in the chair according to their measurment guide however I've since found a chair with longer seat depth and adjustable lumbar support which is much better. No problems with customer service however.

I bought a Boulies EP400. Initially the chair was reasonably comfortable. I use it around 9 hours a day.
However lately, after 5 months, I have noticed my legs are getting sore behind the knees and no amount of adjustment helps. The mesh has gone slack.
I have contacted the help centre and was initially promised a gel cushion, and not a replacement seat. I have since queried this under the two year warranty. I was then told that I replacement seat and cushion would be sent but the tracking number given is not working. Again I am asked to be patient.
I am not sure how this two-year warranty works if this is the service i have received.

I received the replacement seat, but it arrived with a hole in it. I was also promised a gel cushion, but this never arrived either.
It seems that the 2 year warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.

I initially had a bad experince tring to claim warrenty for my chair. However, upon reaching out to the team they did understand the problems and were happy to give me a replacement. Recived my new chair today and I'm really happy with the service I have recieved.

This new chair is significantly more comfortable and easier to assemble than my old chair. Happy with this purchase.
I love the firm seat cushion and the large width of the seat. It's really comfy, and I really appreciate advice that support gave!
The chair is larger that I anticipated, so I contacted customer service. They made new arrangements right away. I can now use the chair without any problems. Comfortable chairs and excellent service!
I received emails from the time my order was paid to shipping, which gave me peace of mind. When I enquired where the chair was, I received a detailed response from the excellent customer service.
Simple assembly and prompt delivery. I bought the chair using a discount code, it's very comfortable to sit on and a great deal.
The delivery was fast, and I got it in two days. The product is okay, however the box shows signs of wear. It's incredibly simple to adjust the tilt angles and height.

The customer service was incredibly helpful. I chose the right chair for my mom as a Christmas gift. Being short, she had difficulty finding the right chair, but their recommendations were spot on. My mom was delighted with it, and I was happy too.
Very easy to assemble. Had it for over a year and not many problems. Only issue is the left armrest, as it seemed to be broken inside, causing it to be consistently wobbly. Upon reaching out to them through the website, I promptly received new armrests. Now, I can use the chair normally again. Overall very good for price.
My partner and I each have one of the chairs, and we find them both very comfortable. Although the delivery was delayed, especially considering the holiday season, I was able to accept it. I must say, I was highly impressed with Boulies' service. Instead of placing the responsibility solely on the courier, they promptly resent me the chair, earning my trust!
I ordered a Boulies Master Series in black for myself on Thursday. (Please note in multiple sections of the website it states free delivery) I purchased the chair I checked out and there is no mention of a delivery fee it still says free delivery. On Friday I received an email asking if could change my delivery address to somewhere closer to Melbourne or I can have a refund. Short of moving states I couldn't change my delivery address and no didn't want a refund, I want the chair. On Saturday I received an email asking if I could pay a delivery of $120. This is absolutely ridiculous as the Boulies bran is advertising free delivery and this should not be the case if they are asking for additional money via email after checkout in fact I could say this falls under false advertisement. (ACCC anyone?)

I bought the ninja chair and i cant get my ass out of it cos its so very comfy!! Wish i had bought this chair in the first place instead of spending money on cheapo chairs! Also the cussion that supports your lower back, is that memory foam? cos it molds and hugs your back!
Customer service was also outstanding keeping me upto date with the delivery information.
The customer service has been exceptional. Initially ordered the Elite Max Series. However, found the chair to be uncomfortable with my height being 6ft2.
Jeff from customer support was very accommodating and helped me with a backrest replacement for a Master Max series which is amazing. My chair is now truly comfortable and excellent for WFH 3 days a week.
While the product itself was of good quality, there were some issues with the nuts and bolts. I contacted the staff, and they offered to send replacements. However, I opted to purchase them myself for a quicker resolution. However, they also provided me with a discount. This is just a minor issue for me, and overall, I'm happy with the chair.

Overall, Boulies has fast shipping and quick issue resolution via live chat or email. However, there's room for improvement in product packaging; my chair arrived with some wear. If they address this issue, they would definitely be 5 stars!
I purchased my chair over 6 months ago, and the gas mechanism broke. Jeff in the team was great and sent me a replacement base with a step by step guide showing me how to remove the old one which was initially very easy to do. I then had an issue with the gas pump has fused to the stand, and was sent another replacement in days.
My chair is now fully functional again and I’m very impressed with the help and support I got from this team.
I have had Herman Miller chairs in the past, however Boulies really are are fantastic and cheaper alternative.
