Overall great service provided.

Bought a chair from them. Much cheaper than others similar in design and style. The service provided was excellent. I was kept up to date with the delivery tracking all the way. Highly recommended.

At first my Boulies chair appeared good…

At first my Boulies chair appeared good quality, but after 1 -2 years I am now looking into alternatives.

First, not long after purchasing a Boulies Master Chair I noticed one arm rest has split, I thought this could of potentially done by myself or daughter so left it. A month or 2 later I noticed the other one had begun to split. I contacted Boulies who sent me free replacement armrests.

Less than a year later and the replacement arm rests have also split, must be a common issue. Over the last few days I've now found the chair seat adjustment is now faulty, it keeps popping the chair up and will not stay in place longer than a few minutes.

Very disappointing as spent around £300 for a quality chair which would last 5+ years, however after 2 years I'm not back in the marketplace, looking at other reputable brands.

Hi purchased the Boulies Master Series

purchased the Boulies Master Series, which si now in its second year of use. However, magically, the left armrest has lumps in it and is all degraded at the side when i've hardly ever used it. Also, some of the metal parts of the chair are all rusted, so it isn't even fit for lasting over two years. I mostly rest on my right arm to use the mouse and, or use a controller when gaming. Boulies Master Series sounds like a quality product, but have been left disappointed that just under tow years, some parts of the chair aree now very tacky Although this is a more affordable chair than the competitors, I expected this lasting over two years. I contacted Boulies and they said I could receive replacements but it would cost me. These should be sent out for free just due to the not fit for purpose. The left arm has hardly ever got used, so it's very odd this material has gone like this.

Regarding the lump on the left armrest, this issue stemmed from an earlier production formula aimed at creating a softer feel. The armrest top pads have upgraded, and this problem should no longer occur. We also understand your concern about rust on the metal parts of your chair. Most of the metals we use are aluminum alloys, which are not easy to rust. This is not something we’ve encountered before. Our support team will be reaching out to you via email to gather more information and investigate this further.
According to our warranty policy, since your warranty period has exceeded 2 years, we are offering paid replacements. However, the replacement is offered at the warranty price, not the original retail price.

Boulies was my second chair purchase.

Boulies was not my first port of call when I decided to replace my old gaming chair. My first choice, based on price and description, was a disaster. Boulies saved the day. I ordered a Ninja Pro. Their chair is solid. It has all of the features promised. It looks good. It is supremely comfortable. It was very affordable and was delivered on schedule. I am delighted with this chair and would recommend Boulies chairs to anyone who is either very tall or weighs over 120 Kg.

Disappointing product

I bought the EP460 office chair and I'm highly disappointed. Although the chair was easy to assemble and has lots of adjustability. The chair feels cheap and flimsy. Foot rest feels like it will break off at any point. Back rest feels like it will snap. Height adjustment on the headrest is flimsy and will not stay in it's position. Cheap allen key that stripped most of the screws when putting them in. I had high hopes for this chair after reading the reviews but sadly it has not delivered.

Excellent product and excellent aftercare!

Boulies chairs are simply incredible, I've had my Master 2024 since September 2023 and I will never look back.
The chair remains comfy for hours on end and is very flexible for it's adjustments. Any occasion I've contacted Boulies customer support has been easy and quick.
Thankyou for such a great chair.

Good customer Service

I had an issue with the reclining mechanism on the chair after a year. contacted support and they sent a new reclining part out. the screws attaching it to the back got stuck in the back of the chair and I couldn't get that off. So support then sent a new back of the chair. great customer service.

Superb chair and fantastic customer service

Extremely comfortable and study chair, and very affordable compared to other suppliers. Minor issue with a small area of stitching after having used the chair for a while - contacted customer services who responded immediately and offered great support in sending a replacement. Would definitely recommend

amazing representatives

the representative we connected with could not be more helpful in organising and fixing the problem we had. she worked through everything with us and explained everything as we went. originally we contacted Boulies to buy a replacement part but with the help of your amazing reperesentative we were informed that the chair was actually still under warranty which made it so much more helpful. would highly recommend Boulies to anyone looking for a great and comfortable chair and an amazing team behind them.

Poor quality, poor shipping. I have gone back to my Secret Lab chair.

Just poor quality overall, and the packaging consists of a bit of cardboard and plastic bags, so expect to receive damaged parts to varying degrees.

I ordered the chair, and it shipped without any communication from the company except the initial order confirmation, I just got a notification from DPD that "Kings Park" had shipped a parcel to me. I looked it up and found out myself that was one of the third party distribution centres that offshore-managed companies tend to use, so presumed it was the chair.

The initial chair arrived with damage to many parts ranging from scuffs to significant cracking/impact to the plastic. There were also fibres on the poorly repackaged seat base, so it was clear it had been returned and resold without any checks being done.

I contacted them asking for an immediate collection and refund, this request was ignored and they emailed me back asking if I would like a replacement for the damaged parts and £20 or a new chair sending. As their return policy and communications seemed to suggest that I'd have an uphill battle returning it, I settled on a replacement due to the damage. The replacement arrived mostly fine, a scuff on the plastic here or there, but nothing that would impact the usability.

They asked me to keep the damaged chair for spare parts or dispose of it myself, so most of my living room was taken up by my old chair and the damaged chair that they sent and expected me to deal with.

The chair itself (EP460) is not a comfortable chair. My back was hurting so much that I'm currently writing this review sitting in my old Secret Lab chair, that the arm fell off (after 6 years) and is heavily scratched by my cat. I've yet to decide whether I'll just cut my losses and throw away the Boulies chair or keep it for situations where I won't be sitting in it for too long.

My suggestion would be either to get one of the cheap chairs from Amazon, or opt for a product from a premium quality chair company at their higher price points and avoid learning the expensive £274 lesson that I did.

Chair arrived on time with a handy…

Chair arrived on time with a handy tracker for delivery timing. The quality is great, and it's really comfortable. Had a small issue with the armrest, but the after-service was exceptional—quick communication and a replacement part sent with clear instructions. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!
