I placed an order 5 days ago
I placed an order 5 days ago, clicked expedited shipping and it's still not even dispatched. However when I looked at the invoice its now saying ground shipping. Nobody can tell me when it will get dispatched and I needed it to arrive by Monday or Tuesday at the latest - it's Wednesday and not even dispatched yet! Customer services is what seems like a foreign call center and couldn't help - seriously bad. Pretty poor! Hopefully it gets to the end user.
