Shipping is a little slow but otherwise very happy with purchase. So much more convenient than trying to find bourbons in the local stores.

Ordered two bottles of alcohol. Immediately asked bottlebuzz to cancel the order. They acknowledged I wanted the order cancelled and hours later processed and shipped the order anyway. They then shipped it without adding over 21 signature. Never received the package. Wrote BottleBuzz Numerous times and they blew me off. BottleBuzz did nothing to solve the problem. Horrible Customer Service. Do Not Waste Your Money. Filing a Complaint with the State of California for illegally shipping alcohol without adult signature required.

This is the second order I've made. The product and the wrapping of each bottle was excellent...but I had to inquire about the shipment and then it finally shipped.

Blanton was delivered in a timely manner but the Eagle Rare that I ordered at the same time has not been delivered. Sent several emails to BottleBuzz at first requesting a replacement for Eagle Rare. Now requesting a refund. Still waiting.

Ordered a bottle of bourbon on December 27 as a gift and its March 25th and still have not received. I have called 5+ times (average hold time is 30 minutes) and emailed even more to get it addressed and all I get is promises someone will call me back to get this resolved. On my last call I was supposed to get a call back from a manager with a ship date because of my travel schedule and it never happened and is now shipping when I'm out of town and I'll have to pay for UPS to hold it. Honestly, unless your desperate, do not use this place. I would rather have gone through other channels to get this and would have paid more. Unbelievably bad experience.

Communication was great, delivery timely and product well packaged to insure against damage.

Didn't get what I ordered. Won't respond. Spent a bunch of money on a bottle of Blantons in an engraved wooden box for my father's 60th Birthday. I got a bottle in saran wrap in a cardboard box with a card that didn't even have the full message on it! Literally the card has two sentences and it cuts off in the middle of the third sentence. They never answer for the phone. Have sat on hold for hours. Don't expect ANY customer service and be prepared to get screwed. Never ordering from them again. Will definitely be doing a charge back on this thing.

If I could give this company a 0, I would! I ordered a bottle of Blanton's Bourbon for my son for Christmas. This was the only thing he asked for. It arrived damaged. The bottle was leaking. The packaging was wet and smelled of bourbon. I had paid extra to insure the delivery. I called the company and was told they would not do anything because this was considered "minor" damage. I was shocked. Would you give your child a leaking bottle of bourbon? What if there is glass in the bourbon?!! I initiated a dispute with my credit company and got a pretty timely response from Bottle Buzz. They offered me a discount on the bottle I had or a replacement. I opted for replacement and asked if they would be sending packing for me to return the leaking bottle. Since that time, I have followed up with the company repeatedly and I keep getting the runaround. It is now mid March! I believe they are just trying to wear me down. If I had the time, I would be on the phone EVERY day with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The shopping, price, and ease of purchase was great. The shipping, however, left a lot to be desired. I placed my order in plenty of time to be received, but the shipper delayed the order for several days. Thanks Fedex.

My order was processed and shipped quickly. Bottles arrived double wrapped and ready to drink! Will order from them again!

Ordering from BottleBuzz was a very smooth process. Shipping was easy and the bottle was very well protected inside the box. Overall a very good experience.

I haven’t had a chance to open the bottle yet (saving for a special occasion), but I can give a review for Bottle Buzz’s service. First the price after sales and discounts, and adding insurance and shipping worked out to about $45 over retail on a bottle that is extremely hard/ near impossible to get. When factoring in the pour price at most bars this made getting a bottle of Blanton’s SFTB a steal even at over MSRP. Second the shipping time (total of 14 days from order to receiving) was on par with Seelbach’s. When it did ship it only took 2 days to get here, but that was due to it coming from the Wear Coast. I noticed it was imported back in to the US so the longer shipping time may have been simply due to that. Finally the packaging was excellent. I was very impressed with how they went to great lengths to secure the bottle. It’s beautiful and I am very excited to now experience the straight from the barrel taste Col. Blanton would spoil special guests with. I highly recommend Bottle Buzz and will use them again in the future.

I ordered a bottle of bourbon January 21st 2025 it is now March the 11th 2025 I have not received my bourbon that I ordered or my refund of $80.56 these people are not to be trusted I advise you not to order

service and amount you have instock make you a cut above the rest.

I wasn’t all that confident about placing an order online to buy liquor. I was interested in trying it though because a product was available I can’t purchase where I live. It wasn’t long before I was feeling much better about things. I placed an order online on a Sunday evening and received my delivery in less than a week. Everything was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Even with shipping and insurance the product was fairly priced. I am now confident enough about this that I will be placing more orders in the future.

Sent to my son for his birthday. He likes the Weller's!
