Very disappointing experience. I ordered a bottle of Blanton’s as a gift, and it arrived with the cork completely out and alcohol leaked throughout the packaging. Their solution was a $25 store credit or free shipping if I spent more money buying another bottle from them.

A $25 credit doesn’t come close to making this right. They can keep it. I will never purchase from BottleBroz again, and I would strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering from them. Their handling of a damaged order and customer service was completely unacceptable.

You delivered very quickly and when i had an issue with the gift wrap and the cost you refunded immediately. I appreciated that very much and I would do business with you again. Thanks. Arne Cohan

Ordered on 7/8 it is 7/30 and the package hasn’t moved since 7/21. Cannot get a response from these people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

honestly the worst I've been treated by a company in years. I ordered, within minutes I asked to cancel, they refused, that's fine. Next I accept that my mistake is mine alone. then I get a delivery notification saying a "Robert" in "Ocean Breeze, NY (hilarious name for anywhere in NY)", I'm neither robert nor anywhere NEAR NY. BottleBuzz sent me to UPS who said "it was delivered per the address on the label", bottlebuzz then argued there was no issue. Finally they send me a bottle, which was only 1 element of the "bundle" after days of emails they THEN send me a cigar that was part of the bundle (signature only, so that was more fun running around). I've still not recieved hte glassware that I paid for as part of the bundle and they've completely stopped responding.

Where do I start 🤔, I ordered 6 bottles of Hennessy Rita on their website, which they say they had. I ordered it jun18,2026, l been waiting for a while now and today I get an email saying they don't have anymore product and my refunded. I'm so piss off right now 😒 they new this long ago but they continue to take orders 😒 🙄 please don't order from this place 😒 you will be sorry if you do. Customer service here sucks 😒 with a capital S 😒 SMDH

BEWARE!!! Where do I start?...I placed an order for 3 bottles over a month before I needed them for a very special occasion. Needless to say, I didn't receive them. I then received an email stating my bottles were delivered but that couldn't be further from the truth. When I notified bottle buzz, they told me disregard the email stating it was delivered because they didn't even ship it yet. After 3 weeks of back and forth emailing telling me that my items will be shipped soon, I requested a full refund. Very displeased with this company and I will not attempt to ever purchase from them again. Horrible customer service.

What do you say when you order two bottles and they only ship you one, then refuse to fix the issue because you didn’t pay extra for shipping protection. I’ve never experienced anything like this. You should never order from this company!

Pure theft!

This is pure theft. They sent the wrong bottle, and we immediately informed them of the mistake. It took a lot of effort just to get a response. We provided all the evidence showing that the wrong item had been delivered, yet they kept making things difficult.

Eventually, they asked us to return the bottle and promised to send the correct one immediately after receiving it. We returned the bottle, but then they claimed it was not sent back in the original box. That is simply not true — we literally returned it in the exact same box.

They are now refusing to issue a refund. This concerns a personalized Hibiki bottle worth $225.

I will be filing a police report.

That when I order my bottle it came broken and it didn't take long to receive mine replacement thank you

The Pappy cigars were outstanding.

I ordered an engraved bottle of Blantons. It came rather quickly, but it was not engraved. It only included a scribbled card with what I paid for to be engraved. It cost me $185. They agreed to refund the engraving of $49, but this was nowhere near the added price that it cost me. The Blantons was only $99. They put me off for a few days but then refused to talk to me or answer my inquiries. I will never order from them again. They left me without an option for a special gift that I had been counting on. Very poor customer service.

I order a bottle of whiskey for a friend on April 24, received order confirmation via text and plenty of spam emails since. 10 days later still no delivery. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to talk to somebody but after being on hold for up to 50 minutes at a time they hang up before I can say a word.

It is convenient to not have to search around town for my choice of bourbon. I’m happy to pay a few dollars more for the ease of selection - and truthfully, the prices are not too far off what I’d spend after the time effort and driving to find the select bottle I’m searching for.

Lazy, sloppy, and inexcusable shipping errors. Site lies about what they have in stock just to fish orders from buyers then fill it with something else and hope they either don't notice or don't care. They list multiple products they simply do not have, or cannot even obtain. (Rare and expensive brands by the case; product only available to commercial vendors, etc.) They sell legit products and do deliver, but it's mixed in with a dash of fraud.

They had listed 24packs of 50ml little airplane/hotel bar style bottles. Ordered 2x 24 packs. Received 2x 750ml bottles.

The 750ml bottles were cheaper than the 50ml bottles due to the extra packaging, so it wasn't even a like-for-like swap on price.

2x750ml is 1,500ml of liquor vs 48x50ml of 2,400ml ordered. So I was both overcharged and shorted by a lazy substitution. Even 3x 750ml bottles would have been slightly under.

I contacted the company via email the day the order arrived. They responded within 2 hours to apologize and ask for photographs of the packing labels to "look into it."

No answer for 3 more days. I ping them on day 4 to ask for a follow up. Day 5 I get a reply that it has been "escalated to the concerned team." Day 6 I mention it shouldn't take this long to check if they have something in stock. I'm told I'd have a reply within 24 hours. It's day 8, I still don't have a refund, a reshipment, or even confirmation they have they damn inventory. (They don't.)

Took 5 days from order to shipping; they do say it can take up to 9 on the page so... ok. 6 more days via FedEx to get from CA to OH. Most expensive shipping prices I'd been quoted from any online liquor store and it's still slow. Only ordered from here because they (lied) about having the mini bottles and I was willing to pay extra.

Company refuses to fix their mistake.
Will not refund or reship. Have had to file for Buyer Protection via PayPal. Still not resolved a month later.
