From great help in sales to choose right fridge freezer for my needs ,to delivery excellent service.
Gaz and Andy the delivery gentleman were brilliant , I live in first floor maisonette so was a big job for them. They were very polite and took great care bringing fridge freezer in, so no damage to fridge or property. And equally careful in removing and taking away old fridge/freezer. Perfect team.
Overall excellent service would recommend them to anyone.

After numerous fails at buying a washing machine from various retailers, I remembered Borshch that I pass every day, so decided to pop in on Easter Monday and try my luck. I've never been in the store, despite my mum, sister and uncle who have all bought from Borshch over several years, so thought fingers crossed for me. Walking into the store, staff acknowledged us ( I went with my sister), Ali the store manager showed me the washing machines I told him I wanted a silver, grey or black machine and told him that the kitchen was extremely small. He showed me a model and said that it would fit. That was good enough for me.
I was still anxious about whether it would be delivered, despite Ali assuring me with the measurements I gave. I explained that I needed the delivery to be as early as possible due to parking restrictions, Ali said he'd make sure it was delivered by 8am and 8.30am, he also said that I'd get a call half hour before the delivery. Purchase made, as I anticipated delivery day I wanted to make sure everything was OK, clearing any obstructions to make delivery easy for both me and installation team.
Day of delivery arrived this morning (Thursday 24 April), and as promised about 7.50am got a call from Andy saying they were 20-30 minutes away.
Andy knocked on the door, introduced himself,greeting me with a smile. Told me that Gaz was just sorting out unloading the machine while he looked at the space.
I was extra pleased at the fact that Andy wiped his shoes on the mat, other delivery services I've had have not even considered something so small but makes a difference to the service they provide.
Both Andy and Gaz were super pleasant, ran through the basics of the machine, and left the house without any mess like a previous machine delivery from Amazon, that was returned. The job was effortless, despite at first instance the machine didn't fit through the galley kitchen, they said it was fine, they just needed to turn it round, and doing so, all was fine.
If you want affordable products that doesn't undervalue customer service, then Borshch is the place to go, from start to finish it's been a positive experience, and I'll consider Borshch for future household appliances from now one. Thanks Ali, Andy and Gaz for making this a positive experience for me. Give the guys a raise, looking at other comments these guys all work extremely hard to ensure they cause the company no disrepute, so once again thanks all who assisted me.

Andy and Gaz, Digbeth store - both did an AMAZING job, the service was excellent and they were so kind and helpful, really recommend. They gave excellent advice as well for what needs to be done to care for the product and prior to turning it on, etc.

Really helpful staff and sorted out an issue for me, they could not have done more, great place, I only shop here for my household items as offer best value for money.

Additionally a BIG THANK YOU to the two delivery staff, who went out of their way to put my dryer in a very awkward place, top service from them both as well.

Excellent service both in store and from delivery guys who installed and took away old machine . Duffy and Jack went the extra mile to saw bit off the waste pipe as it was set too high and was causing stagnant water to get trapped in pipe . Customer Service in most stores these days is really poor with little or no knowledge and poor communication . Highly recommend this store and really appreciate everyone's efforts , thankyou all

I ordered a replacement oven that was out of production. The door was damaged so Borshch ordered a new one, fitted it and shipped at no extra cost.

I ordered an oven online, the ordering process was straightforward and my oven was delivered a few days later on the agreed day early in the time slot given. I was kept informed about the delivery. I am very happy with my new oven and the excellent service I received from Borshch and would highly recommend them

I recently purchased from Borshch Domestic Appliance Superstores, and the service was satisfactory. The staff were helpful, and delivery was on time. While the experience was decent overall, there were no standout moments that made it exceptional. It's an okay choice for appliances, but I might explore other options next time.
