Very prompt and efficient
Booked the epc online with a £5 deposit and given a date straight away.
Arrived on time and was finished within 10 minutes.
Very polite and efficient and the certificate was loaded on the site by 9pm as promised at a very reasonable cost.

Hakan was really respectful
Hakan was really respectful, he came in took his shoes off without me even asking and asked for permission when going into rooms to take pictures.

Happy with Hakan regardless of rating
I had bit delayed but Hakan always answered or returned my call. He was polite and younger than I thought. Professional in his approach. Explained how ratings works and will give some tips how to improve rating. My rating will be confirmed after 9pm but I don't want my feedback is influenced by rating which I guess will be poorer than average of my area. Overall, I am happy with Hakan. Price is less than what others were asking for.

Hakan was like previous reviews, on time, polite and very thorough. He removed his shoes as standard, but didn’t need to. All in all first class and would recommend BookEPC

Fantastic speedy service
Fantastic speedy service, all arranged over the phone, epc done the same day, no money requested upfront, good price, polite staff. Will use for all our properties going forward

It was easy to arrange for the EPC
It was easy to arrange for the EPC, Hakan showed up as agreed and it was easy to pay. On too of this the EPC was uploaded almost immediately so all in all very good service and easy to do business with.
