My whole experience with this company was great ,from booking the time slot with Hakan who arrived bag on time,explaining the process and carrying out the task quickly,even explaining when I could view the EPC on line ….excellent

I applied on line for the EPC all good.

I applied on line for the EPC, I was contacted by Hakan very soon afterwards to arrange a suitable time.
An appointment was made and he attended promptly with excellent communication skills throughout the process.
He is polite courteous and very knowledgeable.
I was told when the certificate would be available and given a link to download load the certificate.
I would recommend Hakan.

Competitive pricing and speedy service.

I found BookEPC online and booked an appointment with Hakan for the following week. He replied promptly to all my messages throughout, arrived on the agreed date, and provided the certificate by the end of the day. Great service at a great price. Highly recommended. And apologies for misspelling your name earlier.

Poor

Booking was fine but it got rescheduled twice and the team was unable to locate the person who was scheduled for the booking. Wasted my time for 1 week and no start the search again.
