I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the process was completed by Bonus Home. After my previous contract expired and I was unsure of the next steps to sell my home, I didn’t know which direction to take. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the legitimacy of Bonus Homes, but the team members and CEO turned out to be exceptionally friendly and a true pleasure to work with!

Working with Bonus Homes was a tremendous success for my sellers. Rich and Jenn were amazing to work with. They were both quick to respond to any questions, always honest, and very pleasant the entire transaction.

When our real estate agent introduced us to Bonus, I wondered if it was too good to be true. Then we did more research about their business model and how the equity sharing agreement and property management of our home would work, as well as our future shared equity. I was contacted by my Realtor, some time after listing my home, about a company that made an offer to buy. After some digging, we discovered that Bonus was a new “Player” in the housing market and legit. We setup a virtual meeting to ask questions and get more information. The Bonus Reps were excellent and very forthcoming with any and all information. So, I took the next steps. The process was almost (almost, stressed here) Fun! It can be a tedious process, for myself and my Realtor, with the time zone differences. But overall, it was accomplished without much prompting from the Team assigned to my contract. After just over 6 weeks, including the move out period, the entire process was completed. My Team I worked with at Bonus were very friendly and completely professional, yet, none of them “snobby” or “stuffy” by any means. In fact, they made this seem like I was talking to friends the entire time. I mentioned time zone differences? It didn’t have a huge affect on communication, meaning, the Bonus Team went out of their way via phone calls and emails, any time.
