The Bonus team is outstanding. My client was in a really tough spot in life and needed a quick out from his home, but knew he was sitting on a gold mine with a 2% interest rate and a recently built home. While his home didn't quite fit the deals Bonus typically does, they put the client first and gave him an option outside of what he thought was his only option-selling his home. Love working with this team and how much they care about helping people.

This program from BonusHomes.com is truly better than I could have ever imagined. Kyle and Jennifer were there at every step to explain the process and answer all of my questions. This program afforded me the opportunity to live out my dreams in Costa Rica, and for that, I will always be eternally grateful to Bonus Homes.

Overall our service with Bonus was very seamless, Jen was always super helpful and right there when we needed her and many times we would just have her conference in with which ever company had questions. Rich was very informative and always happy to jump in with future Lender and Selling Agent to clear up any questions that may come up.

Even though they are a newer company, they are very eager and put the client first. They want what is best for you and it is very apparent through out the entire process.

The reason they did not get 5 stars is due the way they are setup to handle Solar Accounts.

However they were very helpful but a good chunk of our funding went towards paying it off as they do not “absorb” solar accounts or the financials. Hopefully it is something they can work on for future clients to help offset the burden.

With all of that being said I will refer them and their services to people I know and hopefully they will be as helpful to them to start their next chapter as they were for us.

They were quick, efficient and kept in contact no matter how many times I reached out. This was such a great experience that I can only hope others have the opportunity to do. Bonus gave us an opportunity to sell our first home so that we could make a big leap to move states. We were so nervous before knowing about Bonus that we wouldn’t be able to sell on time, and when our real estate agent told us about this company, it sounded too good to be true. This is one of those instances when “it’s too good to be true” is actually true! I am so grateful for all that they have done for us and will praise their company to anyone who will listen. If you are thinking about going through with a deal with Bonus, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Also, shout out to Jennifer. She is so incredibly helpful, responsive and never showed irritation with me when I sent her a million and 13 emails.

The overall experience was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and overall good communication though out the entire process. We were definitely hesitant and skeptical in the beginning because honestly, this seemed too good to be true. However, once we had everything explained and we were walked through step by step, this was a no brainer for us. This is exactly what we needed for our family. Ron was awesome throughout everything, his commitment and communication showed how much he cared for not only Bonus, but also for our family’s future. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in a position to sell, really consider Bonus and everything they have to offer.

The market was brutal for sellers and we were wondering if we were going to be able get the house we had entered a contingency contract on. We met with Rich from Bonus and he was very transparent and easy to talk to. Bonus partnered with us so that everyone benefits.
I would have appreciated seeing the inspection report sooner for even more transparency, but I feel we were treated fair and they were interested in making it work for us as well as them.

BonusHomes approached us with a 'full price' letter of intent for our home the first week it was on the market. We were skeptical because when something seems too good to be true, it almost always is. We pulled our home off the market and met with them to discuss the proposal. The interest rate for our home loan was slightly higher at 3.875% than they anticipated. The meeting went well and we thought that everything was 'full speed ahead'. Then we got a revised letter of intent where BonusHomes cut the money we receive up front by 1/3. BonusHomes insisted that it was essentially the same offer but shifted the money we get to the end of the agreement, if we sold the home after 5 year minimum. BonusHomes constantly told us what a great deal we were getting. 1/3 less money up front?? Not such a great deal for us. So be skeptical of offers that seem too good to be true.

Our entire experience with Bonus was exceptional. From the genuine staff and team to the business model, it was a win for our family. The Bonus Team earned our trust as we navigated thru a few challenges, showing their commitment and integrity. They also made sure that transitioning our home into a BONUS home would be a benefit to us. We are grateful we entered this partnership.
