Price, communication and overall great experience less stressful than selling a home

Kyle and the entire team at Bonus Homes were honest, upfront, and detailed. They worked extremely hard to get this finished for us and with us. It was indeed a partnership that will help us to maintain and build wealth from our home.

Every single person that I communicated with at Bonus House has been extremely helpful and compassionate through the entire process. Our situation was extremely complicated but they were patient, they gave us guidance and held our hand from start to finish. In my dealings with them they have shown kindness and integrity. The whole Bonus team was really great at explaining and walking us through the process. They were very flexible with certain aspects of my deal and working through it. The only thing I wish they were able to help a out a little bit more is when it comes the solar panel loans.

Good very nice

I came across an ad from Bonus Homes while our house was on the market. The decision to sell our home was a huge decision since we had an interest rate we will likely never see again (under 3%). I was hesitant to sell but we did not have the means to buy another house without the equity of that home. After we sat on the market for months we started to feel like this move wasn’t meant to be. When I came across a BH ad I was intrigued but definitely skeptical because let’s face it it’s so hard to trust any company, especially when it comes our largest asset. The more I learned about their program and what they have to offer the more I considered it. Everyone at BH listened to what my specific needs were and where financially I needed to be. They were able to work with me and give me an offer that actually made it easy to accept. Now that the numbers were great I was hesitant about the legal implications. BH was incredibly understanding and helpful as I consulted attorneys to review everything and ensure the contract covered myself from unforeseen circumstances. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for BH being patient with me and providing an opportunity for my family to get into a home that suits all of our needs. I highly highly recommend anyone who is on the market or looking to go onto the market give BH a call to at least hear about their program and what they can offer.
