Hi Investors, I wanted to write a structured review for all of you who are thinking about going with PPC or Facebook leads. Also, share our experience so far with the onboarding/admin Team at Bolt Deals.

First and foremost, we met Ben from a mutual friend in the high ticket mentorship space. As an 18 year old crushing it in this space, it was pretty phenomenal to see. Our Team hadn't quite breached the wholesale market, as we were still focusing heavily on our flips and current projects at hand. We have 5 years of experience in flipping properties using 100% OPM and have flipped over 1500 properties plus, but had zero experience in wholesale real estate or even the market itself. So, I'm sure you could only imagine the stress of making sure you really dive into analytics and data to support who you're buying leads from and how they're handling them. After a few months of tossing around the idea of wholesale real estate and hours of research. We decide to build a platform, structure our Team and hire Bolt Deals to manage our PPC/Facebook leads. We jumped in full fledge. Ask Ben about our current Ad spend and metrics.

From onboarding to closing leads, Ben and his Team have been there every step of the way. During onboarding with JT and Laura, they laid out Bolt Deals plan to effectively help you operate, go over the process of lead flow and structure your business to WIN in every aspect. Every question we need answered, gets answered in a timely manner and with great direction. In this game, I'm sure you know time is of the essence. It's been valuable having a Team who communicates well.

Lead flow has been solid. Keep in mind leads don't just flow in. You do need to be patient and wait for them to ramp (10-13 days). Ben is extremely clear with this as he under promises and OVER delivers 24/7. Our leads are everything you could dream of. First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Address, 20 different questions the seller has to answer, Appts set for our Acq Managers and more. Do keep in mind the processes you put in place for your Team does make a huge impact on how well you perform. Everything from your CRM, Lead management, tracking KPI's and data, Transaction coordinator, buyers list, etc. The list goes on. If you aren't set up to win, have a solid process and systems it doesn't matter who you get leads from. You will fail. Ben's Team gives you direction on some of these things and helps facilitate relationships to help you and your team succeed.

As far as issues or hurdles we've had, all I would say is we wanted to make sure we were in every city/state we opt'd into. We caught some cities we didn't opt into and Ben fixed it immediately. It happens when you're casting a huge net and honing in the targeted area's. Which was actually good for us as a Team to be able to analyze our lead flow with Ben and sharpen our axes in certain area's. Ben has been very open and insightful on market strategies and revising our leads to optimize correctly. He bases everything off of data and experience, which you can clearly tell based off of lead flow and lead quality.

Hopefully you see this before you pay these people any money. Ben is a slick salesman but he just wants your money. You will be promised tons of leads making you tons of money but what you get is people that barely speak english making calls for you and upsetting potential leads. The ads they run are trash. You will get no deals out of this. Any good reviews you see are probably fake.

I started wholesaling 2 weeks ago and have 2 properties under contract from Bolt PPC leads. I have been on the wholesale side and retail side these leads are by far the best I have called and converted.

I have to say that the recent Tony Le review certainly looks fake and written from the company. Unethical. My wife and I decided to try Bolt Deals. The pitch sounded good and we were ready to go. It is expensive. 7500. 2500 a month for 3 months. It started out poorly. They delivered such poor quality ads. The ads were poorly designed and had spelling errors. Bolt Deals uses basically anyone from overseas to make poor ads and push them into your FB ad manager. They use a pre-made package they just plug in and the quality is very very poor. The ads are quite poor. The landing pages look extremely bad and they use landing pages with other city names and logos from other companies. You are told to shut up and it doesn't matter if another companies name is on the landing page. It will still work they say. Can you believe it? There is zero attention to detail. Zero. They don't even review anything and it looks bad and the content is bad. Can you imagine paying 2500 for 3 months and then get such poor quality and then the owner somehow blames you? The owner Benjamin Hoang will make excuse after excuse. My wife sat behind me several times and was simply astonished. Benjamin just graduated high school. He talks over you and lacks real world business experience. My wife and I spoke with several others who had horrible experiences. Treated poorly. Folks sign up and then want to drop out regularly. Do not use Bold Deals BoltLeadz. BTW The 5 star review is clearly fake.
