Wasn’t sure about this service but…
Wasn’t sure about this service. Upon purchasing, there’s no clear guidelines on what to do next. I soon received an email with instructions and the team is very responsive to emails. They will of course try to sell you on services for any additional books you may have, but that was to be expected. Within a week and a half I already had 10 solid reviews. Some reviews were a little generic while others went into more detail. As far as optics goes, this actually looks like what you’d expect. It also appears that the reviews were done by people who actually read at least a good bit of the book. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service. Still, yet to be determined though how much this service will affect future sales.

Total ripoff
I never used the service and requested a refund and they never gave it to me. This is risky and a total ripoff. Don’t use this service.

In doing business with this company
In doing business with this company, I paid for the gold package, which was supposed to give me 40 to 45 reviews. I have consistently had reviews just diminished or magically disappear and I’ve brought it to this company’s attention. And now I am down to 35 reviews, which is nowhere close to what I paid for. The communication of this company now is lacking and even being ignored after payment has been done and they act like it’s OK to not give me what I paid for.

Money well spent.
It would have been 5 stars, however, several reviews are calling the book a sci-fi genre, even though there is nothing on the cover or back cover suggesting that.
