My experience working with bolt deals has been phenomenal!!! My business is Grace and Hope Invest LLC and my name is Shaquita. This team really cares about the success of your business and they work for you and they produce unmatchable results. The leads are great and the coaching is one on one and amazing. I've been with bolt deals since March 2024 and within my first month I was flooded with tons of leads. Right now only being in with them a month and a half I have 3 homes under contract right now and 1 that is about to be put under contract. I appreciate having a steady flow of leads to work with. I love having a consistent coach to talk to and bounce ideas off of. It’s also nice to have someone who helps reach out to leads to make sure they are valid.

Nice people (salesmen) as the face of the company but unfortunately very false promises (perhaps even intentionally misleading at best case grew too fast). We tried their services offering "3-5 deals per month or they work for free". When talking with the initial sales rep we were told "we would be credited if the results were not there, while mentioning they have yet to need to credit anyone, we would be the first." Anyway, we provided specific locations to market and were getting 90% of leads WELL outside our requested territory. They changed our territory to increase leads which we never requested. Further they did not manage or respond to leads as stated, customers were ignored. The ads I saw were rough looking and they didn't delete poor comments made on FB which is basic for ad management. When mentioning that they apologized and said they meant to tell us we manage that. Lastly we did not land any deals with them let alone 3-5 per month. We secure about 2 deals per week so this is not user error to clarify, our company is at year 8 and executes. Unfortunately this company over promises (perhaps lies) and under delivers - even on basic operations while overall not delivering results. It would be easier to throw money into a fireplace if looking to waste, at least it will create heat for a few moments. Overall very disappointed and we do not leave many negative reviews - perhaps one every few years?! Sincerely.

I just want to start with saying, if you are on the fence about this service, just pull the trigger and thank me later. In 35 days I have received 70 qualified and vetted leads. 4 of those under contract with a projected revenue of $70k. and 22 that are in the underwriting/negotiations process. But that isnt even the best part, the CRM that is built out for you is incredible, they provide you with all the training and support that you will ever need. And, every 2 weeks you have a coaching call with the amazing JT who helps draw a roadmap to help you scale your business. I hope this helps anyone trying to make a decision!

I did not get the results I expected considering the huge investment I made. The leads were few and not very motivated. It's possible that I may stir up a deal by following up with some of these leads. Maybe. I'm trying to be optimistic. I achieved better results using myself, a cold caller and a skip traced list at a fraction of the cost. Not a good business decision on my part. I can only speak of my experience. Based on the reviews, others have done great. On a positive note the people are great and I do believe they give good support. However for me this has been a very costly mistake. Just being honest. The money I lost on this campaign could have been deployed on a method with more predictable results for far less cost. Robert

We are in the business of flipping properties and have minimal experience in wholesaling real estate.
We were skeptical in using Bold Deals but heard good things about them, so my wife and I talked about it and decided to make the commitment!
In our first 2 weeks with Bolt Deals we received over 90 leads, got 3 deals under contract with a total amount in assignment fees for $55k.
We are assigned a coach, and coach JT is very helpful and encouraging. He is a good resource and is helping us in the disposition of the contracts we currently have. Bolt Deals gives you the leads, but you have to do the work and negotiate these leads into contracts. They have the scripts and CRM to help you manage the leads that come your way.

Been getting a lot of leads - once the campaign was turned on I got 47 leads in my first 2 weeks. Compare that to cold calling which I only got 4 leads in 2 weeks.
It's a process, not a get rich quick scheme you have to put in the time to follow up consistently to get the results.
The coaching has been really helpful, pretty much any question I have I get solid answers from JT Taylor, their business coach.
Their team has been great. I just ask and their media buyer, account manager, business coach or lead manager gives me the help I need.
It takes working each lead and not giving up, if you put in the work it will happen, if you can't do that, then this isn't for you.

4 Days after my account was closed they charged my card another $813.63... Unbelievable..
