After discussing with numerous suppliers for quotes and work plans, Heatco, were the outstanding business and first impressions did not dissappoint. Excellent quality of work and within the timeframe quoted. Place was spotless when finished. Can't recommend enough.

I asked this company to quote because my daughter had used them and was absolutely delighted. There price was good they came on the day arranged. The engineer started work at 8.30 and worked without a break until completed. No mess no problems. Explained everything to me. Follow up again excellent.

Kevin clearly explained the boiler options that I have and recommended what he thought best meets my requirement. And although I know he'd want a sales from me, he wasn't pushy and wasn't shortchanging anything. He's professional, friendly and accommodating.

There was a much lower quote from another company, but decided to go with them after verifying the 'bad' reviews from the other company.

I was on the Worcester web site to see the best boiler that was suitable for my needs. I was undecided what to pick so they said that they would arrange an engineer to give me a call
The boiler I hade was coming up to 15years old and was needing regular call out to have it fixed.
Alan came to the house and give me a quote on a new boiler replacement and saved me a few hundred pounds as I was going to buy the more expensive boiler that I didn't need
We agreed a date and time as he had to order the boiler from the manufacture. Once installed Alan sent me the 10 year guarantee parts and labour the next day. (my last boiler I got fitted wasn't registered by the engineer and just before the 2 year guarantee was up I had to make a claim. it was null and void that taught me a expensive lesson)

Replaced our old gas boiler, provided us with options and the pros and cons of each. Installed within half a day, very professional and courteous engineer. Very tidy and disposed of the old boiler. Great service and communication, would definitely recommend.

12 solar panels and battery fitted, great service and tidy workmanship, the aftercare service has been excellent while learning the system, would use again.

I have nothing but praise for the professionalism of all the staff involved in the renewal of my gas boiler. Kevin arrived and surveyed the property and clearly explained all the options, warranty and pricing. On the date of installation the team arrived on time and fully explained what was happening. They then got to work quietly and efficiently, whilst keeping us updated on the process. On completion of the work they fully explained the operation of the boiler and left the house as they had found it. All employees involved were friendly, efficient and competent. HEATCO are a no-nonsense business. Kevin explained our options clearly with none of the usual salesman patter. We had 3 other companies come to give us quotes and ended up with headaches.

After contacting boiler guide, Kevin made contact with myself. His manner was calm, clear and concise and he was able to explain the problem with my boiler. This was in stark contrast to the other companies that used pressure selling techniques and incorrect information to sell me a new boiler. He was able to install and help me set up finance for new boiler making the process quick and painless.

Found Heatco Scotland via the Worcester Bosch search function. Carried out a tender between a few companies looked at Worcester Bosch, Valiant and Indesit options. Choose Heatco Scotland based on 12 year warranty, price, first impressions of going through the quote process and read a few of these reviews. We choose to get a New combo boiler installation of Worcester Bosch Greenstar 35 replacing a 17 year system boiler. We have a great new working boiler that has been relocated to the garage from previous utility space. All old boiler parts were removed. New hive system in play. Guys also installed 4 new radiators as well. Great service and would recommend Heatco to others looking for a new boiler.

After some research online gave Heatco and another company the chance to survey for my boiler replacement. Both companies very reasonable prices (other company slightly cheaper). But the difference came in the level of professionalism and service that appeared apparent from Kevin and Heatco. Full explanation in layman's terms of options, what was required and what would happen on the day. On the install, the guy worked very efficiently and cleanly. Good after sales as well with phone calls to check everything.

A great company, can't recommend highly enough. I contacted Kevin who carried out a site visit the very next day and provided a full quotation on the same day. The quotation was very competitive. The installation was done within one week. The engineer was superb and did a fantastic job. He carried out all works on time, extremely professionally and left everything immaculate. We will also be having the annual service carried out by Heat Co.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Great, informative and professional communication from the start and turned up to fit new boiler when agreed. Very competitive price. Stevie who fitted the boiler explained how it worked and left the place very tidy.

Kevin gave a competitive quote with great advice on the most appropriate boiler to meet my requirements. Arranged the install on date that suited me. Graeme done the boiler install on the day and ensured everything was explained pre and post install. Old boiler removed and everything cleaned up afterwards. Kevin done the gas safety check, all the warranty paperwork and an overview of the new boiler controls. Would be happy to recommend this company.
