Fast, easy and great job, no complaints

Kevin was the first firm I had out for a quote. He didn’t pressure me in to buying a new boiler and talked me through everything.He even moved a job to fit me in for installation the next day as I had no hot water for three days. Kevin the Engineer who fitted it arrived on time and was lovely and explained everything. From start to finish I would recommend.

I had a few companies quote for a solar and battery installation. Heatco Scotland Ltd were the best in explaining the requirements to complete the install and were very competitive on price. Sometimes the cheapest is not the best in my view. The job was managed over two days and we are very impressed with the workmanship and set up. I would strongly recommend Kevin and his team.

Outstanding service from Kevin from the moment we contacted him about getting a new combi boiler. Can’t fault the process in any way. On the day of fitting both Kevin and Robbie kept us well informed of the process and everything was done according to the plan. Everything was cleaned away and the place was left spotless. I needed a new boiler and I shopped around for the best deal and I found that I could get my boiler through Worcester website and they put me in touch with Heatco Kevin to install. He was great, the quote on the website I got was for a boiler that was too small for my house, he went through all the options and still honored the price quoted for me and then he got me a hive at a really good price. The whole experience was smooth and simple - boiler check booked in for the next year on the day we installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Purchased my new boiler through the Worcester/Bosch website. Very simple. They referred me to their approved installer Heatco Scotland and received a call from Kevin same day and agreed an installation date the following week. Robbie arrived as planned and worked non stop for 4 1/2 hours. High quality work and very professional. No hassle. Old boiler removed everything left clean and explained all the working before leaving. Great service and a good competitive price. Highly recommend

I have just had a new combi boiler fitted today and I'm absolutely delighted with the customer experience from start to finish. Kevin and his team were superb. I requested quotes from several other companies and pricing was pretty similar however the professionalism, courtesy extended and accreditations made my decision very easy. The job was completed on the date and time agreed with minimum disruption with no mess and all rubbish removed. Extremely pleased with the installation of our Air Source Heat Pump and solar panels. Kevin and his team, Adam and Robbie, worked very efficiently and workmanlike. The installation for the ASHP involved difficult underfloor working to avoid pulling up our floorboards and this was all done with the minimum of disruption. Installation was to a high standard and is operating very satisfactorily. We would have no hesitation in recommending HeatCo Scotland for their quality and service.

Replacement of 20year old boiler went smoothly with no problems thanks to Kevin,who did site inspection and advised on replacing boiler and controls.Also Adam who did new boiler installation leaving everything clean and tidy.

Excellent service the guys were on time and proceeded to work straight away replacing my old boiler . They explained everything as they went along and took time and care in navigating some of the more tricky aspects of the install. Before they left they cleared up all the packaging from the new boiler and took the old boiler away. 5 stars! extremely good service I have already recommended them to other people and would definitely use again.

Kevin responded to my enquiry quickly and my boiler was installed the following day at an excellent price. Adam was the engineer and he was very hardworking, polite and helpful and the boiler was installed within 5 hours. Kevin registered the boiler with the manufacturer and sent the certificate by email. Kevin and team helped with a boiler install and were professional, the quote was fair, communication great and finance option helpful. The install required some thinking around roof access - on the day the team did the work very quickly without any issues and cleaned up before they left.
