Unflavored Aminos
I had an issue with the taste of the Amino's. I got unflavored. Big mistake as I am finding out. Michelle is making it right with me. She offered to send tablets for free and allowed me to keep the product I already have. It is z big help. Thank you Michelle and I look forward to my tablets!

Horrible customer service over bad product
I have been using their perfect aminos, other supplements & the sleep drops. I received our auto ship for sleep drops. They were very light in color totally different than all my previous orders. They also do not work at all. The regular ones did a great job. Company told me they can’t assure me if I buy new ones they will not be from same batch? Ridiculous customer service. I sent them the photos of the droppers with diff products in them. Sent them batch #’s. Sent them how they came totally different than previous orders. The fact they can’t assure me of me getting a bad batch again was the deal breaker. Now I feel they changed the perfect aminos, omega 3 etc. I feel like they don’t care at all to give me the sane quality product we were receiving. Cancelled auto ship bc I do not trust them anymore.

The customer service at Body Health was top notch! Michelle was so kind and understanding and offered a solution to my problem that I was very happy with. They were quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Definitely happy with the customer service experience and grateful for reps like Michelle.

Trained quality people are so hard to find! Ryan went above and beyond, I’m a bit of a challenge! I wanted to purchase the new product Akkermansia! I’m excited to try it with my insulin resistance and diabetes! We got it looking like an order!
So many questions later I restart or reboot… I had one of the heaviest orders I have seen Ryan helped me get everything straightened out and saved me some money too! I am going to be calling once a month asking for Ryan! I just love getting my package from BodyHealth every month!

First, I’d like to say, Jordan is a very special person, his voice, his demeanor, his knowledge and his ability to help you to understand the products is a gift that he possesses and passes on to your customers. When I called body health today and I got Jordan I instantly smiled it was like getting to talk to an old friend. Everyone that has helped me at Body Health has been wonderful and very good to me, but he was the first person that just took his time researched quickly while we were on the phone to replace and make sure that I was covering all the things I was taking from Thorne and others companies Before we hung up I had mostly replaced all my supplements with Body Health I had only called to look into purchasing perfect amino due to Podcast mostly Gray Brecka and that wasn’t any different today. Today we went over everything that he told me in the beginning and helped me with an item l can no longer take at this time. But before the call was over, he introduced new items to me and I ended up adding strength and recovery. I ordered three containers. I might sound like I’m an easy sale, but I’m not I research and I know everything that I put in my body and I try to find the best companies but most of the time I’ve always had to do this on my own, Jordan made it an easy transition so again I just want to say you have a great employee! thank you, Pearl.

Great customer service
On my first order, I was trying to decide between the Perfect Amino tablets and the powder, so I ordered both. Bekah in customer service was very helpful in facilitating an exchange for the tablets I preferred.
Refreshing to have such prompt and courteous customer service.

Her name is Michelle
Her name is Michelle, customer service/ company employee. I had placed my second order and was notified that it was being prepared for shipment. I put in a late request for flavor change, but it had already shipped. One of the Customer Service Agents responded and explained she would take care of it . She immediately sent me a return Authorization number before I’ve even received the product. I’ll return it as soon as it arrives and she said she’d get me out the flavor I preferred. All of this was totally on me, there was no expectation for her to fix “my” problem.
This agent/employee name is Michelle and if you have the privilege of working with her, she will take great care of you !

I have been using Body Health products for years and I have been very happy with them. My husband also uses Body Health items, and I recommend their products often. I recently made a mistake withy subscription that I needed to contact customer service to resolve, and Michelle was very helpful! I am grateful for the prompt and clear communication!

I love the Perfect Amino complex
I love the Perfect Amino complex. Has really amplified my training. I have been using it for almost a year now. I had a small issue with a subscription and one of the customer service reps, Ryan, really pulled through. Overall great experience. 10/10 recommended!
