Bekahhhhhhh!! Thank you!

I've had great experiences with Body Health. Been taking their perfect aminos for many many months now. Recently I questions about another product and reached out to customer service. Bekah was so helpful. She responded to my questions offering clear explanations and making changes for me on her end. She made it seemless and easy.

Flavor Replacement

I’ve been a loyal customer of Perfect Aminos for almost a year now, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the results. However, I made a rather unfortunate mistake when I ordered Strawberry instead of Mixed Berry. I didn’t realize my mistake until I opened the package and took a sip. Since I’m not a fan of Strawberry flavoring, I was a bit hesitant to try it. But Jordan, the kind and helpful staff member, went above and beyond to assist me by kindly offering to replace the Strawberry flavor with Mixed Berry and even suggested that I donate the Strawberry flavor to someone who might enjoy it.

Needed assistance on an existing subscription problem

I had a somewhat complicated change I needed to make on my subscription which would require convo with a live person vs AI. I was connected with Ryan. I explained the issue and he sorted it all out in a flash. He was professional, knew the new product Pre-workout so I added it to my order. He was pleasant and interested in my issue. It was authentic and pleasant. Thanks

Great customer service

What a refreshing experience with this…

What a refreshing experience with this company and its representative, Ryan! When I explained how I struggled with the taste of the amino acid powder in my coffee Ryan was glad to offer an exchange and helped me through deciding which one to try. And the fact I did not have to return the item I had just brought the convenience next level! I truly hope the new flavor will be a win because I would love to continue supporting this business while getting what seems to be a great product.

Jordan was of really good help with…

Jordan was of really good help with meeting my goals. The taste of the perfect amino, I think will never be masked. That's when Jordan recommended the capsule as a replacement at no additional cost. I like the no additional cost option. Thanks again !!! The Aminos are really helping me with recovery, strength and sleep. Great product just taste like stingy feet.

GREAT PRODUCTS & FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’ve spoken with RYAN before…Upon placing my first ever order. Forty minutes of my questions and he was still going strong

I called in because I was frustrated

I called in because I was frustrated. I screwed up my order online and I had some questions about my subscription. I worked with a representative Jordan and he was amazing. Michelle was First Class

Michelle was First Class, in clearing up a situation I had created with too many orders, even though I take Body Health Reds & Greens amino acids 7 days each week.

Wrong address

I placed an order on 3/23/26 but didn’t realize it was processed to deliver at my old address until I saw order confirmation email. I reached out immediately to customer service asking to change address but was told address could not be changed. After several calls to FEDEX I was told I could not change delivery address only the shipper. I asked Michelle to contact FEDEX which she did but she could not change address either as I had already intervened to have shipment routed to a FEDEX location. Michelle was kind enough to ask her manager to send me a replacement order which was approved. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle should get a raise!

Excellent customer service! Michelle was a delight to engage with. She was very professional, responsive, informative, helpful and genially kind to deal with. The world needs more people like Michelle. Especially in customer service needs. BodyHealth will be my ''go to'' place for supplements after this experience. She should get a raise.
