I was under the gun to get one of my jetskis back together. Christian worked with me and got my parts to me in time to complete the rebuild and get the ski ready for its trip. Service was the best I have ever dealt with. I will definitely return for all my jetski needs

Ordered a Solas impeller and wear ring and asked for overnight shipping. Browsed Motorsports obliged and everything got here on time to be installed before a trip.

Fair price but only one item shipped out of my order. The other items I had to reach out to manufacturer myself to get an update on tracking.

Made an order for a jp racing catch can and got no information on if item was shipped out nor a shipping label so I could track it, almost about a month later I finally emailed someone named Christian and asked about any information on my order and he said he would look into it, a week later I still haven't heard anything so decided to ask again and same thing...a little after I finally got confirmation from shop saying my package is shipped, all in all the product is good because it's from jp racing but to order from this company was not a good experience. Just glad I used PayPal so if I got stood up I would have made a claim and got my money refunded regardless, oh and the website sucks, I got a discount code from them and it didn't even work, thats why I decided to go with them in the first place but it was still a little cheaper then other sights so decided to order anyway

All products came in but not all at the same time as stated by the original order. I had to call in to find out what was going on as all products had the same shipping number and one part didn't arrive. I was told the manufacturer was sending it direct and I was going to get confirmation when it was coming. The product arrived without anyone from bms sending me the info when it was going to arrive.

Screamin fast UPS shipping. Interesting they shipped our 'doo sponson's in a darn Yamalog box, LOL!!! Seriously, if Adam is still the man responsible for the aftermarket sales n shipping, he is still doing very well. Huge thank you for getting those Worx sponson's out so fast.

Place order, no updates on shipping. Staus 'Unfulfilled'. The email sent to info at bms-racing.com has not been answered. I haven't tried the 1-800 number yet. Not sure if I should try and cancel or not. Getting a request for a review before the order has shipped is weird. I'm guessing they don't have everything listed on the website in stock and are dropshipping items in bulk. Maybe call before ordering? Not a great experience so far.

Order online and half my order is missing very disappointed was told i was going to recieved the other half and now they say they wont send the other half of my purchase item. Not satisfied how the people are handling my order
