I wait 28 minutes on the phone for a tracking number, I have to call 3 times in order to get some info about the item, this people don't have the part on stuck they are basically drop shippers for that speaker bracket, I order that for a client, client was asking for tracking number because in order to get that information you have to download a application, long story short Im still waiting for the sales man's "I forget his name" for the tracking number, thank to God he tell me he gonna contact the supplier and contact me to let me know... Part don't arrive yet and I have to return the money to the client and tell 2 other clients that I can't get the part , went item arrive let's see how is gonna arrive

I received the jet ski cover on time, however, even though the part number was correct, it was not the same as the cover it replaced, but I will keep it.

Promise, exactly what I needed!

Considering that I ordered my products over a week ago and they were supposed to be delivered by Friday 5/29 and it’s not Monday 6/1 and the website still shows unfulfilled in the status bar, I am very unsatisfied at the moment. Really don’t appreciate spending over $1,000 to have an order unfulfilled after it was already supposed to have been delivered.
