Finally got the sweater I ordered in…
Finally got the sweater I ordered in April after fighting with customer service for over 2 months.... Boy, I wish I never had ordered it! The quality is bad. You can tell that it is made from the cheapest possible cotton and there is nothing "exclusive" about it. The company basically buy stock sweaters/caps/t-shirts and and then smacks their logo on top. Definitely not worth the money!
Furthermore, they have a pretty intense social marketing strategy, deleting my original review from their website and writing a lot of fake reviews both on Trustpilot and their own channels.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. I know it all looks flashy on Instagram but it is a complete scam!

Incredibly bad service. Almost certain it's a scam. Ordered 2 months ago and zero communication. Tried to get a refund multiple times, but no reply when I request it. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a skin for my Mac Book Pro
I ordered a skin for my Mac Book Pro, the site said it was in stock and would be shipped promptly, a week later I followed up and was told, sorry we are having problems but will get it out as soon as possible, in the meantime, they charged my cc in full. i have contacted customer service to cancel and refund my cc and do not even get a response.
this is a totally bad company to deal with.

Domestic orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered but international orders usually take between 8-20 days to be delivered depending on the country.\
In the coming months, we plan to dramatically speed this up by working with international fulfillment centers so we can offer fast 2-5 business day shipping to most countries!

SCAM - Refund has ti be sent to Belgium vs Los Angeles
Be aware that the refund policy requires that you have to send the product to Belgium (13 rue du Chateau d'Or Bruxelles BE 1180) even if the product was shipped from Los Angeles to me. It cost more to return the product than what the cost is (Blvck MacBook Skin). Also, if the product is on sale (which all of them are) you can not return the product.
The refund policy is as follows:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We have since updated the Return Policy and now all returns will go back to LA and not to Belgium. Also, the returns are now free, so you can easily send back your items for no cost if you are not happy with your order.
