Such awful customer service !!!!

Tracking is a complete mess and when request any information no one replies .... 12 emails and 2 weeks later , they send me the same thing they sent in my confirmation email !!!!

Completely useless .... no package ... no way of tracking ... waste of time and money

I just received the Blvck panther sweater and really excited. Good quality and the fit is really good too. Just one thing to bear in mind, I’m based in the uk so I had to pay custom charge to receive it but kind of expected it.

I found them via their Instagram page @black and love the concept! I ordered the wallet, good quality and very happy with my order. Will order again

i have order 3 different times from them i received all of them except the 2 hoodies i ordered on July and still didn't receive them i tried emailing them many times but no reply i just receive email regarding their new coming collection.. if only i have received the order and they stopped ignoring i would definitely will buy from the new collection! but for now no f***ing way ordering from them again.. only there is a contact number so we can call and they advice :)

I have ordered 400 dollars worth of their items which are
1. BLVCK Anchor Bracelet
2. Classic Zipped Wallet
3. BLVCK Slides
4. BLVCK Cap
5. Signature BLVCK Hoodie
6. Snake Hoodie
7. Rose Cap
8. BLVCK Water Bottle

Only the signature BLVCK hoodie arrived. In their website it is stated that they might be sending the items separately so that it will be faster, and i was told that by the support team. But, i did not receive other tracking numbers. I have ordered these since the 2nd of august and it is currently the 3rd of October, 2 MONTHS and the items still are yet to arrive. I have been contacting their support team for the last 2 weeks now and is still yet to get a reply. I will say that the one product that arrived is comfortable and looks good, but please and try to work on your customer service and try to get me my items please.

HORRIBLE SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION

First time ordering from them everything was fine. I ordered one thing and got it.

SECOND time: I had a missing item in my order (that I purchased a MONTH ago) - After having little to no luck getting in contact with any kind of support help, I didn't even want them to send out another item, with concerns they would mess that up, as well. I have been asking for a refund of $36 for the past 3 weeks and I STILL have yet to see that refund in my account.

This is the most difficult company to try and get a support response out of and now having gone through such a horrible experience (still trying to get my refund) I will NEVER go back and order from this company AGAIN. Not to mention the other item I ordered (the phone case) cracked after dropping it ONE TIME. Horrible company - the worst support I have ever experienced and I shop online OFTEN.

I bought the BLVCK Essential Hoodie a couple months ago and I really love it. It fits great, a little on the bigger side, but it's perfect. The material is very comfortable. My fiancee told me that it looked and felt like an expensive designer hoodie. It's a cool brand, can't wait for the next collection.

Amazing quality sweaters. I have purchased three BLVCK sweaters in total and they are so comfortable! I will definitely buy something from their upcoming collection.

The support employees are super-friendly, as well as the owner himself.

For all the hate this company gets I can say as a real customer that their clothing is a good quality with a luxurious feel that lets you know you have a quality product. I currently have the sweat pants from their new collections along with the exclusive bold sweater and every time I wear them i know I have a quality product on. Most clothing company’s don’t put quality into their clothing like they say they do, but I can assure you that Blvck definitely puts quality into their clothing. I will definitely be buying clothing from here whenever I can.

Placed an order for a Supreme hoodie. They sent it to the wrong address over 2,500 miles away from my location. Said they would replace it immediately - and I still haven’t gotten a package. It’s been over 2 1/2 weeks.
They don’t reply to my emails and it’s getting out of hand!

Terrible customer service and shipping. I’ll be surprised if anything shows up let alone in good condition.

Very bad quality and very bad customer service. It’s a real scam selling aliexpress quality products !
