Ordered a few items over 3 months ago and still have not received them. Have not received a reply via email, waste of time ordering from here.

Have been trying to reach them for about a month now regarding my order. How hard is it to reply to an email. Honestly getting sick of it. Reading the reviews now, I realized it was a mistake ordering from them.

I ordered quite a few items from the new collection. Just received my parcel with the monogram hoodie, beanie and roses sweats and love it all! Cannot wait to rock the masks (next week I was told)! Love the brand, keep the good work!

After reading comments it’s not a surprise that my order didn’t come. What a scam!

I am quite into the Blvck concept and enjoy having all black everything and so I purchased a Blvck card holder having been impressed by the photo’s and reviews on their website as well as Instagram.
Having arrived I must say I was left disappointed with the product and felt the material didn’t warrant the price paid. To my surprise I typed black card holder in a google search and found another company providing almost the identical material and with optional engraving at half the price I paid.
Also as a UK buyer, I was made to pay for postage and then once the item arrived in UK customs I was sent a letter requesting customs handling fee of 15 pounds. Therefore I paid around 50 pounds or so for an item exactly similar elsewhere for 15 pounds. I will probably sell my one on eBay now just to recoup some of the money I paid towards this.

Less than two months ago I ordered a sweatshirt. The order has been put on hold for some time by your Corona virus. Today I figured out that you have lost and that you have some special tracking tracking coupon. I do not recommend !!

Great quality and customer experience! Delivered on time and hoodie fits true to size. Defenitely will order again!!

This really must be a joke... I ordered a couple of decks of cards for a game night me and my friends are trying to put together and I keep looking and sending emails asking about any updates of the order, there is no tracking available, no one replies to any emails... this is one big F**king joke of a company really.. i either want my order or give me my damn money back.

I am a big fan of the brand, discovered them a while ago on Instagram! I just received the playing cards and they look sick! Can’t wait for what’s next.

Literally THE WORST experience I've ever had buying something online. I ordered a macbook skin on 12/30. After numerous followups and fake tracking updates, it arrived via next day air on 1/17. It was the wrong size. I even checked to see if I'd ordered the wrong size by accident and nope. They're just that incompetent. Then, I email them to tell them I got the wrong item and "Michell O." who has been the agent assigned to me this whole time writes me and says they need to see pictures of the item for proof, which I sent that same day. "Michelle" then writes me to say that I need to send the item back and only then will I be refunded but that she'll "get back to me" with a return label. At this point I just reseal and return the package to sender because this whole experience has been a joke for a $50(!!!) macbook skin. "Michelle" writes me back and says they had an issue with their system and that's why I needed to wait to get a return label. So, so far no refund and now I'm getting no response from this company at all. In addition to the wretched service, the quality of that skin they sent was worse than buying a big black sticker from a dollar store. Looked NOTHING like the pictures at all and not worth the cost at all. I wouldn't put that garbage on my machine even if it was the right size. Dealing with these awful people is not worth the money or the headache. I'm sure that the positive reviews are either fake, friends, or paid for because there's no way these people can get it so right with some customers and so horrifically wrong with others. Any company who gets exceptional reviews would want to stand by their good reputation and make things right with their customers when they make mistakes so these good reviews have to be bogus. BUYER BEWARE.

** Notice the response from this company? No acknowledgement of all the mistakes they made and still making a refund (minus shipping for THE WRONG ITEM) is still contingent upon “if” I get one. Proof is in the response, people. I will absolutely be reporting this people to the BBB. As I said. Buyer beware.

I ordered and paid for a hoodie on 12/31/19. It is now 1/15 and have not received it. Have asked for a refund and heard nothing. Have sent repeated emails with no response. Am considering taking legal action. Worst customer service ever

I ordered the sweatpants and an iPhone case a few weeks ago. I love their page on Instagram and was following for a while before deciding to buy something. Happy with what I ordered, and would order again!

Just got my bold stripe hoodie! So happy with the quality and just in time for the holiday! I also ordered the teddy bear as a gift in advance to make sure I would get it and had to pay for custom charge but website did warn it so I did expect it

Commande devant être livrée entre le 08/12 et le 15/12/2019 et à ce jour toujours RIEN! Je suppose que je ne serai pas livrée pour Noël... Et bien sûr, personne ne m'informe, personne ne répond à mes messages!!

Je suis un fan de marque depuis le début sur instagram! J'ai effectué plusieurs commandes et j'adore leur collection! :) J'ai reçu hier le snake hoodies et c'est top!!! Il fit vraiment bien avec une super qualité.

Customer Service terrible - I placed an order for a shirt which I realized within minutes of placing the order that it was the incorrect size, 5 emails sent, no response, the order has now been shipped and 3 days after placing the order, I receive a message that they are sorry but, cannot correct as the order has been shipped. It is to their discretion to accept a return item (provided they receive it back with 14 days) and will be at my expense for the return. This could be totally avoided had they responded to the emails ( there is no phone number to reach them). Very disappointed.

I bought the small teddy bear and the crop top from blvck02 a few weeks ago. So happy with my items!
