The design is unique! It suits it's purpose very well! Durable, light and I had a lot of choices for a colour! Good investment! My only concern is that the rod of the folding model feels a little bit loose and not strong enough, but only time will tell!

Repurchased this blunt after having several in NZ. Highly recommend.

Their IT system was playing up but they phoned me to apologise and received my umbrella and was very impressed of the packaging .

Such a great product and very helpful customer service

I decided to buy a pair of Blunt Umbrellas in December 2020 after I checked the number of good reviews. Everything was fine up until the mechanism at the top of one of the umbrellas which keeps the umbrella's canopy open started to drop as I walked during rainy weather thus made the umbrella unstable. So it's definitely not as sturdy as it once was as the sturdiness has evaporated entirely and this is causing a problem overall with the umbrella. I didn't have it that long before the problem occurred either. My other gripe is that when I informed the company they asked me to video this and send it to them so they can take a look at the footage but the problem is that it's impractical to try to do this while moving. So I gave up, in the end, trying to take a perfectly good video as evidence is near on impossible to do. I feel all they had to do was to take a look at it for themselves and replace anything that was wrong with it or replace the umbrella as it's quite an expensive umbrella and you'd think it would last longer than the two years before succumbing to having a major problem overall. Hopefully, they will look at this review and take note of what I've stated as I'm one unhappy customer.

I would like to update and state that the company never sorted out the problem as stated below with their response as they don't have my details from this post I've sent. I'm really disappointed overall with this outcome and I highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a umbrella to maybe think again.

I have looked for a good umbrella for some time now, most of the one I had broke after couple of years ( some after a couple of months ) this is me looks sturdy and hard to brake so hopefully will last a lot longer, and it looks great

Cup got broken after the umbrella felt flat from about a meter, and flew about 4 meters.
This umbrella is expensive, and I did not expected such poor quality

Expensive, but arrived quickly and nicely packaged.

My first time purchasing a Blunt umbrella. Great quality and I love the compact size & design. It's not entirely windproof so can get blown inside out, but is very resilient otherwise. Excellent customer service. I developed a small hole in my umbrella and the warranty covered the repair. The turnaround time was quick and now the umbrellas is as good as new. Worth investing in.

Excellent umbrella, had the metro which was good, but I lost it as I often have with umbrellas. I must try to keep this one it is of such good quality all round.
