Surprise surprise. Just had an email saying they have issues due to high demand and it will be shipped in different product packaging. No doubt another Facebook scam which Facebook will do absolutely nothing about when reported.

Product was not received. I would say that the company is responsible to ensure that products are delivered and not put the onus on the customer. Two months later customer service has not helped and I am still asking for help with resolving this issue. Instead I receive very little help and get repeated requests to check and incorrect information shared!
The idea of using the product sounded like a good idea & I was interested in using the creams. Sadly instead I have not received any product and get no help from the company and have lost out!

Do not buy from Elora!!!!... it is a scam. The product arrived as South Moon, not Elora. This is a cheap alternative which can be picked up for less than £10. Many South Moon items are unapproved or unregulated alternative remedies sold directly from overseas third-party merchants. they are considered dropshipping or generic white-label product substitutions rather than authentic manufacturing. DO NOT BUY FROM ELORA WEBSITE!

This is not a brand, it is a marketing scam. The product arrived from China which was not made clear during purchasing. The cream arrived with similar looking packaging but a different brand.
The cream seems to have similar ingredients so I'll give it a try...

Seems like a scam. I ordered the Elora cream. I received a product branded South Moon which, when I looked it up, has completely different ingredients which I am not happy with. I contacted the company about this and they just fobbed me off and when I said I wanted a refund for those reasons and was happy for the product to be returned, they blanked me and never responded. I issued a chargeback through my card company so that wasn’t so bad, just annoying.
However then yesterday I received what was clearly an email from Jenny at Elora fishing for positive feedback, which is incredibly cheeky when they’ve sent me a completely different product and have ignored my request for a refund!
Don’t recommend.

Don’t fall for the social media hype. It is a scam. It says it ships in 2-3 working days which is a lie. It ships from China , takes a month and when it arrives it is a cheap greasy barrier cream called South Moon which you can buy for less than a tenner on Amazon.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Branded as New Moon, not Elora. Does NOT dry to a fine talc, feels slightly greasy. Have tried once and will use to see whether it works, but feel somewhat conned already...

What a scam. Arrived from China after nearly a month and wasn't Elora cream at all. Terrible. Don't buy from them

What I got when my order came was not Elora named product.
But on contact they said it was the same as their brand and could I give it a go.
So I have... It has done a good job, so far. It has cleared up some patches but not all of them. So I have kept applying the cream in the hopes it will eventually.

The product took 3 weeks to arrive. The cream didn't do what they claimed it would (dry to a powder to keep area dry).
The branding on the packaging was "New Moon" NOT Elora.
I'm very disappointed, the reviews I checked out, were so positive for this product.

The product works well though better on some areas than others and can take a few days to dry everything up. I do find it a little expensive though.

I was a bit taken aback when it took so long to arrive, and to find it was coming from China! But, so far so good with this cream keeping the rash under my boobs at bay, even in the heatwave weather we recently experienced.

Such brilliant cream really works takes a few days but settles soreness and it helps straight away once you have used the cream. It's a miracle worker. Thankyou

After using other creams one on prescription that did not work I was very pleased with Elora as it worked within a few days. The only drawback was the time it took to get here.

The cream arrived just in time to treat a flare up of my rash. Two applications later and its just about gone.
It doesn't irritate or sting like other products I've tried. A true blessing 🙌🏻 .

I should have got this years ago. It is like magic it works within a few days and stays away. Just amazing. Thank you ☺️

The cream is amazing. My sore skin was soothed and healed almost immediately. I haven't had a flare up since.

I’ve been using the cream for about 3 weeks. The rash has still not disappeared, but it is better.

Tbh I didn't really hold out a lot of hope for this cream to work. With the intense heat we have been experiencing I struggled to keep under my (large) breasts rash free, even showering twice a day didn't work. I followed the instructions on the cream and eventually every sore/red mark disappeared. I would recommend and take up the offer of more you buy the cheaper it becomes, because you will used it, as it works. Only niggle I have the was no update on delivery etc but it did come in the time frame stated. If this is something you need buy it as it works. I am writing this as a genuine customer, no incentive was given to write this review

I saw the Elora Intertrigo relief cream advertised on Facebook and on reading a couple of the reviews, knew I had to try it. The order arrived very quickly and the package easily fits a letter box, which is always a help.
Within hours I'd been able to try the cream, which is non greasy and dries to a fine talc as you rub it in....and I can hand on heart say that it does work. I've lost weight, but still have the skin, and I constantly get sore under my breasts and under the flap of belly, which goes to the groin area....this cream really does dry the area and stop sweating causing real soreness. I'm so pleased that I tried it, and I'm very happy to recommend it. I've ordered twice because I gave a tube each to my sister and best friend, and they have both given positive feedback as well.
