I bought the Blunt exec. It's a great size for two people. The bag with a shoulder strap makes it easy to take out when the weather is changable.
And it's very good in windy weather .

Just the colour I was looking for so stylish

Lost my Blunt Metro sleeve, and it was replaced extremely quickly, during the holiday season no less. Can't be happier. :)

A Blunt Metro bought two years ago has been a great umbrella, but recent very strong wind turned it inside out and snapped some components. It was on the very end of the 2 year warranty period, but Blunt UK took it back and gave us a new one without any quibble. Great customer care!

I approached them asking if they could add a little note to the umbrella, before it was sent out, as it was a present. Although they were not able to do so, their reply was so friendly that I am sure if it was possible they would have done so.
Great product as well - I own two Blunt umbrellas myself and can’t recommend them highly enough.

A good product, quickly delivered in excellent packaging.

Ordered two weeks pre Christmas and still not delivered. Only response received to say it was on its way/ near, and when information sent to them to evidence it was according to their own link 150 Miles away in another part of the country no reply. Disappointing and shocking service for a premium product.

This is my first Blunt umbrella and I’m so impressed with the amazing quality of my Metro. It’s a beautiful yellow, glides open at the touch of a button (it doesn’t explode open, endangering people nearby, like my previous umbrellas) and closes equally easily manually. The well covered end spokes are wonderful as I no longer worry about poking someone’s eye out and it feels so beautifully made. I even use the excellent carry sleeve as the zip at the top makes it easy to put back in. It can occasionally blow inside out in a large gust of wind but easily returns to shape.
The only minor downside is that it is quite a bit longer and a bit heavier than the previous collapsible umbrella I carried in my bag (I measured my bag before I bought this and it just fits in) but I now think that is a price worth paying for such a well made, strong umbrella.
I appreciated the nicely designed cardboard box it came in so it only needed paper wrapping for shipping - no outsize box or plastic involved.
I’m very happy that I could get it in the Black Friday sale as that is the only way I could afford to try this wonderful umbrella.
I love my new umbrella and hope it lasts as long as my last umbrella-14 years!

Blunt U.K. blatantly has THE BEST customer service EVER!! I had to contact them to get my umbrella repaired and they went the extra mile to help me (it was quite a complicated situation as I live overseas), and they arranged pick up, repair and return to fit in with a trip back to the U.K. Excellent communication, so helpful.

Courier didn’t even attempt to deliver it, just sent it back to depot, they had to resend another one out. Took three weeks to get it

The umbrellas are superbly made, sturdy and look very fine. Packaging is good quality and delivery was prompt.

The real solution to covering all the bases in rainy conditions is to have two brollies - one with does the "manly" job, due to its size, and is based at home. The other, which can be based in the car, or at home, is for those outings where there is a CHANCE of rain, and is easy to carry around i.e. folding.
I added the second - a Metro, to my already acquired Classic. I now feel comprehensively covered!

We used Blunt for a corporate order in the UK and Bid couldn't have been more helpful! I have a Blunt umbrella from NZ so already knew they were great quality and was super impressed at how easy it was to order custom umbrellas as corporate gifts. Bid went over and above to ensure that we'd get our umbrellas delivered in time for the holidays and the Blunt design team did a fantastic job at incorporating our logo and providing design mock ups.
