Excellent service
I received an email after placing my order, advising that one of the dresses came up large so was advised to go down a size, which I did and it was a perfect fit. Unfortunately I had to return the other dress as it didn’t suit me, I posted it on Friday afternoon and received the refund Saturday. Amazing customer service and very quick! I would highly recommend this store.

Hi Sunny Jo, thanks for your review. Could we ask for future training why you didn't give 5 stars?

Excellent customer service
Ordered a dress online and immediately offered 10% discount for new customer. This was offered and used immediately. The delivery was very quick. Having been let down by another boutique I ordered another item from Bluewater. I received an email informing me that if this item was to go with the dress I had previously ordered, go up a size. Really good customer service and quick delivery.
