Please Save yourself hassle & don’t Lease a car…
Costly experience & would never lease another car due to the hand back process!! They expect a brand new car back even after 42 months leased..
Handed back a car 6 months early in immaculate condition , paid all the return early costs but then came the bills !
Very Disappointing experience … DONT LEASE…

Paul sorted out a couple of options for me which fitted my requirements, I was able to choose the one I wanted and arrange delivery so that I wasn’t without a car when my previous lease ended. I’ve been a Blue Chilli customer for many years the is the 5 I have leased through them. It’s always been a positive experience.

He was always very calm, always followed up on things he said he would do and always returned any calls or emails if not immediately available. Each time I had a question, or changed my mind about my choice of vehicle he was the consummate professional. Always pleasant and I always felt he was on my side. I was kept in contact via email and telephone messages. Top class customer service with no obligation at any time. Everything was done at my pace. Thanks Paul for all your help and support.

I had to buy a new car quickly after my previous vehicle was written off. Paul at Blue Chilli was really helpful. He responded quickly and made a lot of calls to help me get the car I wanted in a couple of weeks instead of having to wait for months. He kept in touch throughout the process of arranging finance and was always available to answer questions.
