Delighted with the office chair ordered…
Delighted with the office chair ordered from Blisswood. One of the cheaper ones but still looks good and is comfortable. Blisswood was easy to order from and delivery was fast and on time. Would recommend!

Poor quality and shocking service
Blisswood's 8-Point Office Massage Chair is described as "Ultimate Comfort and Relaxation" Pfffff
Ordered in December, and it's now April, and this one has an armrest that has come loose and will not tighten up and the seat is so uncomfortable as you can feel every massager underneath it.
It is the most UNCOMFORTABLE and UNRELAXING chair I've ever owned!
The company when contacted, even though it's under its 1 year warranty period only offered a 25% refund!!!!
They said It's not a manufacturing fault, it's because we've "USED" the chair!!!
Yes, I admit, we've sat in this chair for maybe 30 minutes per day, and before they question it, I only weigh 9 stone!
Shoddy goods from a shoddy company!
Save your time and money, and get decent goods from a decent company!!!
The company tried to get me to remove my original Trustpilot review to receive a partial refund, which I did, they then asked me to cancel my PayPal dispute to receive a partial refund, but upon realising that I would not be able to reopen it if they did not partially refund me, I refused.
Thankfully PayPal looked at the dispute and refunded me in full as they agreed that the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 was on my side and Blisswood was indeed breaking its terms.
Never be afraid to stand up for your rights!

We are sorry for the inconvenience which has been caused to you. However, this purchase was done on December, 2023 and the issues which you have raised does not cover under the manufacturing warranty.
But being a valued customer, we have offered you a partial refund upon which you have agreed and when we have tried to refund the amount, we have noticed that you have opened the dispute for the transaction due to which we are unable to process the refund and that is the reason we have requested you to close the dispute so that the agreed refund can be processed.

Easy to put together and looks ok but…
Easy to put together and looks ok but top is whiter than the rest of the unit some draws catch a little when opening and shutting draws are very small inside so can’t get a lot in them all in all a bit disappointed with this product.

My buying experience
The delivery was amazingly fast, my office chair came the next day. For the price I thought I get a lower quality office chair but I was wrong and very pleasantly surprised with the build quality and easy to follow instructions. I would recommend Blisswood 100%.

Gorgeous Marble effect coffee table
Bought a white marble effect coffee table from Blisswood and we are really impressed with the quality. It’s very heavy (a good thing for us) and looks amazing. One small suggestion would be to provide a better material for the steel component and I would be happy to pay more.
Highly recommend.
